It feels like it been forever since he's been on what felt like a normal mission. With the intensity that was the festival, and a few other things he was feeling a bit spread thin. Though this should be normal for once, and on top of that thanks to angelo vestri having come over the other day Razz for semi rested for the first time since the announcement at the press conference. Honestly the whole thing still stressed him, but thankfully misses kept his mind busy. [break][break]

The bonus on top, he wasn't in charge of this mission. He knows he's been given a few where he was in charge as Razz was finally up for a promotion, but the Sootopolis Captain wanted some leadership experience before doing so. Thankfully Sénon Game was here and he could just give full control of the situation to them. As following orders was so much easier than giving them. So now here he was waiting for the other as he stood up on a hill while down below he could see the two fighting monkeys glaring each other down like some sort of mexican stand off. [break][break]

It wasn't much of a venture to get from Cait's cabin just outside Fortree to Route 119.

A shower and lunch left him more refreshed than he deserved to be.

A call from Raziel Beckett and he was out the door in seconds.

The briefing was quick as he replayed Razz' voicemail to get caught up to speed. What he couldn't get over the phone he got in person and was he was all flush with the details a few things came to mind.

Luckily, he had a Primeape of his own to help communicate with one side. Chimchar hung just over his shoulder as well, startled and afraid of all the bigger primates.

"I've got a couple ideas." Namely it was to use their own pride (and possibly) honor against them, but for now he held back on the details.

Instead he sent Primeape off into the gathering of primeape and mankey to seek out their leader. "I'm hoping you brought a primate pokémon with you as well."

With the chimchar on the other's shoulder Razz keeps good distance between them. Sure he trust the other ranger just fine but he still hated fire pokemon. Even more so it just annoyingly reminded him of the damn infernape that refused to leave his apartment, and leave him be. He waited for orders. For now watching as he sent off his Primeape to go toward one of the groups as if it'll do something. He was a bit confused. "Primate pokemon?" he questions for a moment as he tries to think for a moment. From his shoulder Salem seems to comment something before pointing at the Chimchar. "I am not using him," he informs with some distaste, the younger ranger not bothering to translate what the Meowstic said because he wasn't going to do it. [break][break]

He does take a pokeball from his belt and calls out his Thwacky though. The grass monkey seemingly excited for what it's been called to do as it already has his little bongo sticks out and is beating the ground like his own personal drum as he sways back and forth. "I have Fern here, but I'm afraid I'm not sure about what you want to do"

The grass monkey beating the ground with his sticks made for a curious and awed Chimchar. Climbing down from his hiding place on Sénon's back where the human's hair hid him like camouflage he mimicked the movements of the other primate as if he was learning some coveted secret.

"If that's all you've got then my plan might not work." His fingertips worked the stubble at his chin as he pondered how to end this conflict quickly and with a digestible finality for the Primeape and Passimian.

"Unless..." His thought was cut short by the sound of bushes being rustled through and twigs being snapped with heavy footfalls. Before long Primeape returned, dragging the comatose body of a slightly larger primeape behind him.

He looked to Sénon for approval and seemed to grow irritated by the second when he didn't get it.

"Did you bring that other one, with the white fur?"

Unlike his trainer Fern had no problems with other fire types. Heck he loved the Infernape that was always around the apartments so handing out with the Mankey he was sure little different. Fern even offers the fire monkey one of his sticks to show them how to play properly as the Rangers were readying up. [break][break]

Razz looks down at Salem who seemed to be saying something, calling him a liar for not summoning the other monkey he had. One specifically for fighting in which no. Razz just looks back at Senon ignoring the cat for calling him out. The younger ranger looked over as their Primape came over with another Primape. The group's leader most likely which made him worry because surely the others will be coming after soon. He was really confused about the Elite's plan. [break][break]

"White fur? The Zeraora?" he questions clearly confused but he does bring out their pokeball and call them out, "Yeah of course, but they're a cat not a monkey so doesn't really fit the monkey plan, though they'll put up a good fight if that's what you need."

He extended his arm, a red tracing of light stopping as a dot a mere meter away from the Primape who was by now foaming at the mouth over a lack of acknowledgment.

Sénon curbed such pride quickly. "Hey! Get over here. Take a break."

With a huff the evolved mankey sat down with a huff eyeing the new pokémon his human coach had called into the field. Snout nose and yellow fur it looked different than the other monkeys he'd seen before.

With its arms crossed it glared down at Sénon, ready to tear down any orders it was given.

Rather than be baited the Ranger pointed at it to Kingsman; "Those aren't feline features."

By now the Primeape were gathering around them, their boss monkey being quickly dispatched by the steaming primeape Sénon had put in "time-out". They were growing restless.

"He meows and purrs like a cat so yes," besides he was the only one between them who had one. Well at least until the red head called out one of his own. The Zeraora very familiar to him at this point even if the so called 'normal color' was off for him. Really he owned one and didn't see them as a cat? "It has whiskers and toe beans," he would not deterred by this. Didn't matter if the other was new head ranger or not. [break][break]

As the fighting monkeys begun to surround them his pokemon's attention went up. They were just waiting for the order now, though Fern did try to start something himself. Drumming on the ground to try and play some music to see if any of his fellow primates would calm down with the beat of his music. [break][break]

"So was this the plan? Just draw them in and ready to fight?" he didn't have a problem with it. Though if this wasn't the plan this was was just them being arguing over a pokemon as the monkey's planed. Not that they stood a chance in the end as with two Zeraoras this wouldn't be a problem.

It was good of Kingsman to hold his opinion on the biology of a Zeraora despite Sénon's objections. It meant he wasn't yes-man and that his views were truly his own. It wasn't anything the redhead didn't already know, but it was always warming to see it in action.

"You might be right. I haven't really spent much time with it." This was only his second time calling forth the Zeraora since acquiring it, which would explain why-

Zeraora used PLASMA FISTS!

With a planted jab straight at the elder ranger's face, the yellow-furred feline swung in defiance of a new human to claim dominion over it. Frightened to no end, Chimchar hid on Sénon's back.

The plasma fisted attack only just barely being blocked and held at bay by Primeape's own fist in time.

Quickly enough Zeraora changed targets and Primape was quickly dispatched.

Crossing his arms at the Zeraora that came to stand before him, the Game didn't budge.

"I'll make a deal with you." As the feline listened to his offer the troop of Mankey and Primeape seemed to begin to crowd about the yellow Zeraora in place of the recently fallen Primeape. "I'll let you go free right now."

The Head Ranger pointed at the Zeraora with fur clean and white. "If you can beat them in a battle."

It all lined up perfectly as the little drummer monkey attracted the attention of the Passimian tribe who liked the sound of his beats.

Taking an interest in the white Zeraora as well the Passimian seemed to have almost the same interaction that Sénon and Razz did about its biology.

With both the feuding camps here and each interested in one of the two similar looking pokémon and simple solution fell into their hands.

"You see what I'm thinking Kingsman?" he asked, calling Kadabra to the field.

Razz just watches with his arms crossed as he isn't too sure about how he feels with the way the other is treating the Zeraora. Maybe it was just because he was protective of his own, and it seemed to him that this Zeraora wasn't too happy about whoever it was taken from. Though it isn't his place to judge it, and Senon worked hard for the Head Ranger position and he trusted the other enough to look out for the cat he's been given. Perhaps it was still loyal to who used to have them, for now he'll keep quiet let the other ranger try to win them over for now. [break][break]

Though both the younger ranger and his own Zeraora look confused by the sudden challenge, "Wait what?" he questions with wide eyes nervous having put on the spot like that. He doesn't want to be the one to decide this. Salem seems to give him a warning forcing the young man to look around and see that they were now surrounded and watching. Oh okay so then they were to put on a show for them. Show them power right? "I think?" he is hesitant, but he has trust in the older ranger. [break][break]

"Think you're up for showing how much power you got?" Razz ask Whis who also seems confused before Razz points over his shoulder when asked about 'showing their power.' They give a nod for now as the Zeraora punched their fist together ready for a fight.
