Dahlia expected a response from her, and she had yet to come to a decision she believed was the correct one.[break][break]

But perhaps there wasn't one. Maybe there wasn't a 'right' decision, just a decision that had to be made. At the time, her thought process on the matter had been conflicted and confused. The energy of the room had been intense and intimidating- too many voices talking over one another with concern after concern. Many of them hadn't even been real concerns, simply disgruntled assumptions and conclusions before they'd had a chance to really read.[break][break]

She'd had time now to read it over for herself and to consider her options. For the most part, she didn't really have a concern. It was a sound contract with trust being insinuated on both sides. Even still, Stormy finds herself shrugging off her jacket to fold across her arm as she steps up to the counter of a small cafe.[break][break]

Her phone remains silent outside of the Schrodinger's answer from Fernando. She'd requested they meet up to discuss the contract and his thoughts on it as well as her own.[break][break]

Stormy's attention automatically sways from the barista to the chiming of the entranceway. Although no one else in the cafe turns to look, it still feels as though the man captures the room and conforms it to his liking. There is a calm severity in his greeting, regardless of it's intentional.[break][break]

No one knows for certain. Even Fernando can’t say anything in full confidence. There are too many variable to account for and he’s not foolish enough to predict without a good measure of certainty. That being said, there is hope insinuated by his actions. For, if it was doomed to fail, he would have declined without question.

For now, he must let the dice roll and play out the game alongside the other players. Once his plans start to unravel, and only then, will he be allowed to swallow up each piece in a gluttonous haze.

Wherever she lands, he’ll simply have to adapt.
