HELLO, EVERYONE! We're entering our 7th Arc on Hoenn! The setting and timeline will be updated to reflect this. Stay tuned as we explore the year of the dragon (or draconids?), while the site narrative brings Hoenn closer and closer to unparalleled dangers.

JCINK OR PROBOARDS? We're currently deliberating upon this potential move to the Jcink platform. Jcink has several tools that allow for automation of staffwork. hoenn is inspired by, but not associated with nintendo's pokemon franchise.

skin is created by pharaoh leap with graphical help from red. we would like to thank leap and meulk for their additional templates (staff temp, custom pc).

next, garden/swarm spawn, ranger raid, black market, pkmn contest post templates were coded by ulla.

teal has created the wild spawn, endeavour list, league card, exhibits. he and spiral also created the gachapon script, while the former created the gachapon template.

lav has coded in UI accessibility features on Hoenn (cogwheel icon on the navigational sidebar).

characters belong to the members who write them, and all posts and templates on site are credited to their respective authors and artists. we claim nothing that is not ours. thank you for stopping by.

SYNOPSIS: the hoenn league has successfully diverted the 99943 meteno meteroid into an alternate universe. consequently, the region has experienced a violent planeshifting, a bombardment of terastal crystals, and now sports various rifts to realms in the ultra wilds. as megalopolan activity begins to rise, trainers who embark in expeditions to these realms uncover secrets behind the condition of the multiverse.
meanwhile, team rocket and the league amass resources to aid in their conflict against each other. the crime syndicate is poised to take more of the region territorially, while the league ponders a direct offense. legendary pokemon roam the region as potential benefactors or ruinous omens, leaving many to ponder how the hoenn region will ultimately be responsible for the end of all worlds.

After last week's absolute disaster, Chu-e was kind of annoyed at the idea of coming out to look for another pokemon. This time he had brought one of his Fairy types that needed a bit of training, determined to beat the shit out of anything that he found so he couldn't have to endure another Qwilfish Incident.

His Granbull hung at his side, her nose wrinkling at the cavern's entrance as he wafted an earthy smoke all around. He had these incense and could always just buy more. May as well stop being stubborn and get some use out of them.

When a Roggenrola tumbled from between a pile of rocks, Chu-e assessed it briefly before pointing at it and snapping. The Granbull perked up her ears before snarling and lunging at the rock type. Her fangs iced over, turning harsh and cold, as an Ice Fang sunk into the smaller pokemon. The Granbull shook her head with it in her mouth before she flung it into a wall.

After sitting a moment to recover, the wild pokemon hopped up and frantically ran away from the pair. Well, that was one bit of his incense gone. He wasn't even sure what he was looking for at this point. Just something interesting.

The Lunatone, attracted by the incense, drifts closer from elsewhere. This one makes Chu-e perk up- on his small list of pokemon he wanted, for some reason, this was one of them. He snapped again, pointing, and his Granbull lunged. Her fangs Crunched down on the rock type, making sure to levy her full weight to her advantage to drag the other pokemon to the ground.

A pokeball was tossed, quick, in his attempt to catch the Lunatone. Yes, this was just what he wanted. And he didn't even have to wait until his full incense ran out, too.
