[attr="class","beck"]the door practically slams open. a man in binds is thrown into the room. he crashes into the ground, head bouncing off the solid surface, likely splitting open. he squirms, crawling right into the chair choi's in.

"choi. are you ready?"

It's too his own credit he only jumps slightly.

When the man crawls, a boot finds his throat, hard, crushing, on instinct more than anything.

"'Course, sir. For what?"

It's not eagerness in his eyes but something like morbid curiosity. The claws sink deep when you're young.

[attr="class","beck"]"intel extraction."

the man's throat almost caves in. he squirms, coughing.

"he has information on an outpost near saffron we plan on attacking. see what you can get out of him."

"Hmm." The boot is removed slowly, Chu-e standing so he can lean over and grab the man to lift him up.

He clicks his tongue, drops the guy again before giving him a swift kick in the ribs. The body whimpers.

"You know being gentle ain't my strong suit."

[attr="class","beck"]"you'll have to learn to be at times."

theo closes the door, then walks to his desk, avoiding the whimpering man that reaches out for him as he passes.

"i imagine this requires a more delicate approach."

[attr="class","noodles"]Chu-e Choi

"Guess so."

He scratches his neck, tries to think back- to... movies? He's not even an adult yet and his missions, while violent and often brutal for his age, has never been more than that. Torture is something that's never crossed his mind. He's not needed to think about it.

"Ah." Squatting down, he snatches the reaching hand. One thing in those types of movies always made him squirm.

That pocket knife is flicked back out, sharp and glinting. The man tries to pull away but Chu-e's grip is stronger. The point of the blade digs under the pinkie nail of that hand without mercy, blood welling up as the nail is carved off. The man screams.

"So, what'cha know, bud?" The next nail over is worked on.

[attr="class","beck"]the man screams in pain but refuses to say anything other than pleas for his life. he tenses under the excruciating pain.

"good, choi. be mindful of his blood loss. certain moves will help."

like the bayleef choi should be more than familiar with. it rests in its pokeball, tucked comfortably away in one of theo's pocket.

A small grunt and the hand is released. Four nails lay on the floor, weeping residual blood.

A pokeball is tugged from his pocket. A Blissey, of all pokemon, is tossed out. The pink and white is a stark contrast to room itself, to what's happening.

"Mona, keep this fucker from dying." A vague order. The pokemon just smiles but stands by as the 'nurse' for this situation.

His eyes glance up at THEO BECKETT for approval, hands reaching for the guy's hair to pull him up and level.

[attr="class","beck"]choi's glance is met with nothing but a mere shrug. theo simply watches, taking the role of observer for this particular scenario.

the guy continues to whimper as his hair's pulled. tears flow down his face, anger and sadness mixed together. but he still refuses to talk.

The knife is slipped past the man's lips, almost gentle, blood smearing like a kiss. Between the teeth then ground sideways until it keeps the mouth open, resting between the front teeth. No wounds yet, just a bit of discomfort, unless the man chooses to bite down.

"I don't really know what I'm doing, you know?" The man's head is shaken, a bit, the grip tight.

"More likely to fuck you up than not. Do you really want that?"

And something almost cruel crosses his face before he drops him, face first.

The knife is short. Yet, the man will have no choice but to bite to keep the blade in place.

Blood seeps from his gums. Chu-e pulls the knife out with more force than needed, a grating sound from the man's teeth coming with it.

[attr="class","beck"]theo watches, uncaring through the screams. he finds a moment to speak when it finally dies down a little.

"be mindful of how much blood he's lost."

Chu-e twirls his fingers in Mona's direction, the Blissey chirping before an aura of healing radiates off of her. There is a bit of fascination, seeing the skin knit back together, clot up before his eyes. He knows how uncomfortable the feeling is from experience.

"Hmm...." Standing now, Chu-e gives a stretch before he slams a foot down hard against the man's ribs. One strike, two, three, he doesn't let up until he feels something give, hears the man scream.

"Heal" The Blissey does her healing again, bruises not fading but rapidly going through the recovery process.

"How fucked up you think I can make his bones before he dies?" It's supposed to be casual but there is a fervor to his words. Something... off.

he sighs, then leans forward in his seat.

"there are more ways to torture than physical, choi."

he allows a moment to pass before speaking again.

"he has a family. two kids, if i recall."
