“Huh?” Quinn covered his eyes with a hand as he exited the doors of the Weather Institute, squinting to protect himself from the blinding light. “Daylight already?” Overtime and extended shifts had become the norm ever since a hurricane had appeared out of nowhere on Route 113, seemingly with no explanation. Time slipped away easily when Quinn was in the midst of research, fascinated with getting to the source of meteorological events that occurred around Hoenn. “Come on, Woomy.”

A sleepy Goodra trugged behind Quinn as he walked down the steps, leaving a trail of slime behind as she sauntered along. “We have about six hours before our next shift, we need some sleep!” The two of them continued along the path towards Fortree City, covering his mouth at the sudden onset of an escaping yawn. “I think we’re getting close though, I can feel it Woomy!”

It was a titties out kind of day.

Neon pink tank-top that said 'SUNS OUT, GUNS OUT' printed in black, skintight shorts that would make his mama cry and hid nothing. Hair tied back so it bounced, just like his boobs, with every step he took on his jog. A weight was clutched in each hand, a few pokeballs on his hip, an airpod-equivalent in his ears with Today's Hot Pop Hits blasting in his ears. This was the life!

After getting to the end of the bridge that led to the Weather Institute, he paused to do some stretches and take a small rest. Couldn't be reckless. Taking his phone out to check if he had any messages, Quinn Riley caught his eye right away. Mostly because no one else was really out here, to start, but also because Temp tended to think with his dick. Couldn't help it. He say a pretty guy, he went for it.

"Hey!" Pulling on his most charming smile, despite the sweat, he tucked his phone away and jogged over, hand raised. A sly grin was on his face by the time he was close enough, a small wink as he offered his hand to shake. "it's amazing, right?" A small pause. "Can't which is prettier today- the weather or your eyes."

Quinn was often lost in his thoughts, and that certainly happened to be the case as the stranger jogged up to him, only realizing there was someone else around when they eventually spoke up. “Huh? Oh, hello!” A bright smile crossed his face as he turned towards them, always happy to meet new people no matter how sleep deprived he was. “I know, right?” As he spoke, his gaze shifted towards the sky. “Seventy-three degrees with scattered cloud cover and minimal humidity. It’s beautiful!” Seemed as though the attempt to flirt had completely gone over his head for the time being, Tempest Quinn might have to step up his game.

“I’m Quinn, by the way.” A hand reached out for them to shake, inspecting their body for a brief moment. “You’re in really good shape, i’m jealous!” He didn’t really like to be sweaty though, not envious of that part of the stranger at the moment. “I don’t really have much muscle myself, you know?” A finger gently prodded at his own miniscule chest in disappointment while he looked at the pectoral muscles the other boasted.

'Humidity'? What the fuck was that?

While Quinn Riley was friendly, it left Temp scratching his head in a few different ways. The most important being that this guy hadn't responded to his obvious compliment. That just meant he would need to step up his game. Really get the old mojo flowing to try and get him just where he wanted him- preferably, bent over something.

"Norman, but call me 'Temp'! If you like the goods, you're free to touch all you want." A small wink and he lifted his arm to flex, show off the muscle there.

"What's someone as handsome as you doing all the way out here, Quinn?"

“Really?” Quinn accepted the offer almost immediately, curious hands moving to gently squeeze their arm muscle with one hand and their breast with another. “Wow! You must get a lot of dates with muscles like these, huh?” There wasn’t a hint of embarrassment on the researcher as he groped their toned physique, seemingly lacking any sense of shame.

“H-handsome?” Hands moved away from Tempest Quinn ’s body as a soft crimson flushed into his cheeks, apparently having gotten that one through his oblivious nature. “Uhm...well, I actually work at the Weather Institute, and live in Fortree City!” Quinn reached for the badge that was attached to his belt, the retractable badge clip allowing him to hold it up to their eye level. “See?” Sure enough, his picture was on the badge with ‘Doctor Riley’ listed as the name underneath.

"A doctor? So, smart and pretty? A lethal combo." Temp appraised, leaning over a bit to squint at the badge when it was offered.

Something salacious glinted in his eyes. Not caring about the proximity, Temp tried to drape his arm over Quinn Riley's shoulders and lean in close to him. He lowered his voice as if sharing a secret between them.

"You know... I do go on a lot of dates... but couldn't be near as many as you have to go on, Doctor Doctor. Is there a Mrs.-" A glance back down at the badge. "Riley out there?" Not that that would really stop him if the guy was receptive...

    “P-pretty?” Quinn didn’t think he’d ever been called that before, becoming more flustered by the moment in the presence of this near-stranger. When Temp draped an arm around him, he tensed slightly, not because he wasn’t receptive to the contact, but because he was nervous.

    “O-oh, I uhm...don’t usually go on any dates.” He admitted, not usually able to find time considering how busy the Weather Institute kept him, especially lately.

    “I’m single, if that's what you’re uhm...asking…” Crimson deepened on his cheeks, suddenly realizing this could turn from simple flirting into an intimate rendezvous should Temp so desire.
