Soft... like a cloud, she hopes! Not that clouds really have any sensation similar to eiderdown... Scientifically speaking, she's simply feel a lot of vapour cooling her hand.

But she's a kid, so she can probably forgive herself for having such childish thoughts for now.

As Chu-e agrees to her whimsical requests, Eris reminds herself not to simply leap at the man to hug him when she still has ice cream in hand. What she can do, however, is give him the biggest smile and hold his hand, keeping the hugs for later.

"Let's go look for them sometime next week! And we can get other plants while we're there! Like uh... vegetables? Or berry bushes! Grapevines... they're a little bit of a hassle but they're fun to grow too!"

Though he doesn't quite realise it, little by little, Chu-e has made a place that she can find comfort in. Little by little, he's given her more love than she could ever hope to receive. She's thankful, and she's always thinking of ways to pay him back.
