Plus, this was something given to her. It was just good form to be at least somewhat grateful for such. Though she obviously could not completely help herself, either. There was something about Rocket that brought out her mischievous side, really. “And don’t worry, I will only use it for work-related spying of course.” Violet did not bother to add a wink here. It would likely fly over the other’s head entirely. “Does it require batteries or something? You mentioned that it is an older project, so it probably does not have any of that infinity energy, right?”

She didn’t much care, eh? Fufufu, a carte blanche like that was just a delicious thing to abuse. Yet, she probably wouldn’t. That would be much more fun with someone who was too aware of matters, not too little. Even sending compromising data from the lockers would probably not fluster Lulu too much, which in turn made this a less interesting prospect.

Though Vio might still do so anyway. “Naturally I will offer such feedback. Constructive, if at all possible.” After all, she didn’t know the tech too well, so there was little she could offer in all likelihood. But at least she would be able to tell the other what had worked worked and what hadn’t. “And maybe even flight,” she somewhat involuntarily added to the upgrade musings. After all, with such batteries, they could probably swoop through the air, too, maybe even with some kind of remote. Would getting them into place on shelves and the likes easier, too.

Oh? That did get a bit of a smile out of the other. Violet was learning quite a bit about this woman today. Though, come to think of it, that was a little weird in and of itself, wasn’t it? Sure, Lulu was her superior, but she suddenly became a little bit self-conscious about how she was seemingly obsessing over the other. Enough to briefly blush and decidedly turn towards the tool, which she stashed in its box for the time being.

Best to find a distraction. “Come to think of it, are there any other inventions that could use some testing? I may not exactly be a scientist or anything like that, but I am decent at letting others know what I think and such. I could add more tools to the list, easily.”

Ah, so she was not into the small stuff as much. That did make sense, given what she’d learned of the other so far. Lulu seemed like a big picture kind of gal. The kind whose ambitions probably went way beyond all that Violet had on her mind. That thought made her briefly sigh. Violet still was not sure what she wanted out of life in general, so she defaulted to just having minor personal goals and doing what she was told to do.

She really should get her act together. And listen to her boss here, too. “Hmm? Oh, yes, jammers. Is there anything else I should know about them? You opened up quite a few of them, do you think it will be likely for me to need to open one up and repair it or such? I rarely use tools like these, so I don’t know a lot about maintenance and….stuff.”
