The Special Executive for Counterintelligence, Training, and Removal of Avatars, or S.P.E.C.T.R.A. for short, is an elite tactical unit formed to detect, research, and prepare Team Rocket in combat against avatars that are not their own.[break][break]



With the advent of the New Age of Avatars, modern society has been thrust into a period of human and Pokémon history fraught with uncertainty and volatile change. Time and time again, the course of it has been changed at the whim of individuals touched by legendary, god-like beings. And yet more of these chosen have unprecedently begun to arise within the years.[break][break]

S.P.E.C.T.R.A was an initiative brainstormed and put forward by some of Rocket's highest elite to try and circumvent the effect these anointed individuals might have on the greater scheme things. It is Team Rocket's unyielding belief that it is their firm hand that shall guide humanity and Pokémon alike to a better future. For this reason, the special executive was formed to counteract one of its greatest threats.[break][break]



Humanity versus 'celestial' influence. Teambuilding and unexpected levels of companionship amidst high-risk operations and combat scenarios. Debates concerning the moral quandary of avatars, their respective legendary, and their right to influence the tide of change in Hoenn.[break][break]

The seed of the initiative is planted, and Admin Remiel Calcifet is appointed as it head. One of his first actions as head involves recruiting bryan delarosa .[break][break]

With Bryan Delarosa present, a meeting is held between some of Rocket's elite. This includes Lulu Flint , Cillian Quinn , and Chu-e Choi . They are filled into the specifics of the subdivision and its purpose moving forward.[break][break]

SPRING 2021[break][break]

Amidst some inner turmoil and information gathering regarding PRIMAL ENERGY, Remiel Calcifet continues to build resources vital to S.P.E.C.T.R.A's operations.[break][break]

Meeting with the likes of peggie vela , Rowan Wrynn , and jayden cross , among a few others, the roster for potential recruits continues to grow as tension escalates between Team Rocket and the League.[break][break]

SUMMER 2021[break][break]

Team Rocket's resources and attention are directed primarily at the clandestine invasion of Sootopolis. An attempted assassination at the conflict with Primal Groudon reveals the existence of a mysterious new organization using Unown. Remiel Calcifet acquires a mysterious device that confirms the existence of this currently nameless organization and seeks to gather more info.[break][break]

Afterwards, preparations are made for S.P.E.C.T.R.A to be kicked into full gear as a response.[break][break]

EARLY 2022[break][break]

The S.P.E.C.T.R.A. EXAMS are held.[break][break]



SPRING 2022[break][break]

A roster of FIRST GEN S.P.E.C.T.R.A. MEMBERS will be assembled and sent out to gather intel, train together, and possibly engage in conflict with an avatar or two, League-affiliated or otherwise. Expect a fair number of small plots within the organization itself as well.[break][break]
