"Just keep calm you can still do this," Razz encourages as he returns Dodger to his pokeball. At least they had a size advantage, they could probably take advantage of it as long as they timed it right. Lion does just that, keeping calm and trusting in their trainer. [break][break]

As the dragon comes forward, Razz and Lion hold for a second. The shiny riolu waiting for Razz's signal. Eventually the younger ranger gives a whistle and Lion goes running straight on. Once close the fighting type slids underneath the other to get behind the dragon type before jumping back. Aiming an ICE PUNCH straight at their back hoping that Dodger's eariler attempts were enough to bring it down, or at least freeze it to try for the win. [break][break]

Perhaps if the dragon had stayed calm like Kaida had instructed, the Kommo-o would be able to land blows on the swift Pokemon...but a raging dragon could only rage more, not at all helpful in this situation.

Not even the prior Iron Defense could stay the blow that froze into the dragon's back. Naturally averse to the cold, it screeched and screamed, flailing one last time uselessly at the Lucario before falling and being unable to get back up. "It's done, Vani. Don't move." This time, she was listened to. The Kommo-o grumbled andsettled down, consenting to being returned as Kaidaspoke up, "Your team is very good...you won very well." No luck was in the factor of the fight. It was simple. His Pokemon had listened to their leader better.
