it was always crazy to see how a whole ecosystem was under one large tree. it was almost as if they had crossed over into a whole different world, and kaz would know, he's done that. still no matter how many times it happened he was sure he wasn't ever going to get used to the whiplash of just how different the scenery was. flora as far as the eye could see, ranging from different shapes and sizes to even some that looked like you would only find them in some fictional story. wonder if the pokemon were the same.

"you said you've been here right zac? or did i remember wrong? that sauna kinda took a lot out of me i think i might have lost all memory of that day...i think..." he at least remembered that they were talking about trying to explore more of this place when they got the chance. doing it as soon as possible was the optimal plan seeing as how weird stuff like this probably didn't last too long around hoenn, so they needed to make the most of it.

"Yeah mate! Came here with samuel carter," Zac said, shading his eyes from the ethereal light as he looked up into the infinite, internal branches. "We climbed up and up, but never reached the top. This place is wild."

"A fresh biome, can you believe it?" He asked, pulling out a container of wholegrain fairy bread and tossed a few pieces into a nearby bush. "Last time I was just surveying, but now we've got an agenda: get as many samples as possible. Plants, Pokemon, plant-Pokemon. Grab it all mate. We're gonna fill my warehouse and see if living in this wonderland is changing them."

"hope your pockets are deep enough then. we got a lot of ground to cover and things to collect then." with a crack of his knuckles kazimir was the first to suddenly jump into the thick of it. literally. passing by they managed to find some bushes that seemed to just "glow" in the light and kazimir didn't hesitate to jump into the large bushels of glowing green, letting it swallow his whole body as it started to rustle violently.

that's when a hoppip burst out of the bush in a panic as a joltik crawled around its face and let loose a discharge of electricity to suddenly ground the poor thing as kazimir tumbled out of the bush with pokeball in hand. "ok. bad idea. think i got splinters....everywhere." the blonde whined as his body twitched while trying to throw the ball to catch the pink flying grass type.

"I've been thinking about converting the factory," Zac said, watching Joltik take down the Hoppip. "Lot of space there, and a big back yard too. Just gotta find somewhere to dispose of all the metal."

As Kazimir turned his back to the bush, a Chespin fled the greenery. "There's another one! I'll grab him!" Zac shouted, and he threw himself at the escaping Pokemon.

Chespin dodged, leaving Zac with an armful of grass and bark. "Venusaur! Grab him!" Zac shouted, hurling a Pokeball in Chespin's path. A massive red flower burst into view as Venusaur blocked its escape, and a whirl of vines and leaves as Chespin was entangled.

Zac stumbled over, tapped Chespin with a Pokeball, and it disappeared in a flash of crimson. "Easy! Two down," Zac said, slapping Venusaur's thick hide. "Who's next?"

"honestly if i was you i'd just melt them down myself. but then i wouldn't know what to do with molten metal." kazimir laughed as the two went on deeper, his head still in though about how to give a solution to zac's junk problem. "why not turn it into some kind of structure or art piece? maybe that will attract another raging legendary pokemon or something." then again it might also bring destruction and ruin to the factory so...maybe that idea will be kept in the back pocket at least.

as the two walked kaz couldn't help but notice that the forest looking a little bit like it was...glowing? something about the flora gave off this odd luminescence that he couldn't describe. "hey wha's up with these trees? they kinda gl-whoa!" from behind kazimir a gogoat suddenly barreled through the pair but kazimir specifically sending him falling onto his back as it took out his feet and sent them flying into the air. "ow...who caught the number...on that gogoat?" he groaned as he struggled to sit up right onto his bottom at least.
