Dust and gravel kick up into mini tornadoes as they touch down. Heavy wings lower them down, and when they touch ground, it feels like Stormy can finally breathe.

"Okay."

She says, mostly to herself, but she doesn't get off of Wadjet's back just yet. Fear seizes her, causes her to grip the reins tighter. But her Pokemon is patient, and she is unmoving. She offers heat where Stormy feels as though she can't quite grasp it, confidence where she feels she's lost everything.

"Okay."

And then she climbs down and pops open the purple misty incense that she has in her bag. It wafts with sweet-smelling air, spreading outward.

They move together as if they are of one mind. Shifting rocks and moving mountains, that is certainly what they are capable of.

But Metang are not what she is looking for, so she shoulders her backpack and continues on her way. Above Wadjet continues to scout, circling back in surprise as Stormy delves deeper into the falls. She is searching for rock formations, for strange symbols.

The Unown were buried, likely, uncovered and set free when Groudon had shaken the world.

She would find them.

More aliens, these ones at least are familiar. She avoids the Elgyem too, even when it's eyes trail the back of her neck.

She isn't here for them.

Wadjet, from some sort of peeky hole in the caves, sticks her head through before pushing away to fly above. Stormy is safe, for now. It helps that she has released an Arcanine to stand by her side. He presses close by her side, protecting her even if she hasn't asked him to.

Boink. Stormy furrows her brow. Boink. There the noise comes again, this time louder and faster. A wild Spoink springs into view, bouncing higher and higher into the air with every advance.

It springs directly into the shield of Stormy's waiting Aegislash, startling the Pokemon awake. But the force of the impact causes the Spoink to spill backward and drop its jewel. It begins to snore in its unconscious state, and Stormy swoops down with a Pokeball to capture it.
