For a collector like Adrian, the defining characteristic of whether he saw a value in capturing a pokemon was as simple as whether or not he already captured one. In this case he had, and the Girafarig held no value in his eyes.

He passes it by without a second thought.

Another pokemon he already possessed, not to mention he had bad history with this particular species. One had tried to kill him after he'd illegally purchased it off the Black Market. He couldn't really blame it for wanting nothing to do with him, but still, he couldn't believe the temperament on that thing... Needless to say, he passed this one by.

Have one of those, too. Even still Adrian almost considered it, but even for one whose pockets were deep, the sheer number of pokemon he'd gathered was beginning to break the camel's back. He would have to begin carefully considering his captures from now on.
