Dom is, plain and simple, a good guy. He's new to Hoenn, though thus far he's been vague on the how and the why. Though he's an experienced ranger, he doesn't seem to mind that he's starting from the bottom of the pole. As long as he's out in nature, Dom is happy. It's pretty clear he isn't the brightest bulb in the box, but what he lacks in critical thinking he makes up for with almost encyclopedic knowledge of Pokemon and the natural world.

Just your friendly neighborhood bartender with precisely zero ulterior motives. By day, Cap is a fast-talking, charismatic guy who seems to know everyone. By night, he's an information broker funneling intel (and whatever else he can get his hands on) to Team Rocket. Born and raised in Johto, he grew up in and out of police custody, mostly for petty crimes. His parents, unable to rein him in, eventually disowned him.

What do you do when your parents want you to pursue a career in medicine but you failed out of medical school? Well, you lie. Sort of. Wicke's passion has been Pokemon training since he was a child. But his parents—both doctors themselves—had other plans for him. He did his best to make them happy. Until he didn't. Now he's taking the money they send for tuition (they don't need to know he's not enrolled anymore) and funneling it into what he hopes will be a very lucrative streaming career. i could see these two having met in the night life. jessie did a lot of night life entertainment before moving to verdanturf (she still does on occasion), and she frequented bars a lot. they could have some sort of established connection through working in the same bar and just have some playful banter with each other! she'd probably have a lot of fun just messing around and joking with him.

So I just rolled Cap in Evergrande which is funny because I've been meaning to pop a post in here! It's a sign!

Anyway, word on the grapevine is that Caprice is working at Ritual? Angelo is a (newly established) regular there, attending the bar for business/information connections. And they also have a great whisky selection! So it would make sense that the two of them have bumped into one another there.

Perhaps they currently get along well on civil, business terms. Like they run into each other at Ritual a lot and find it easy to talk to one another, but it's all surface level or work related conversations (just to start us off, unless you would like them to meet from scratch?)
