The lady claps silently, congratulating him that he is finally able to guess the answer. "That was a rather close call, but you did it. You manage to use your knowledge and wits to get the answer - However, this is not the last one. We still have the next question awaits you" The lady smiles while gesturing to the next floor. Once Mars climb to the third floor, the room is filled with pictures and diorama scatters everywhere, an old man with thick eyeglasses sitting on the manager's desk.

"Ah, you must be the youngun' that challenges the gym eh sonnie? Well, I love to see the youth spirit. I hope this one doesn't stump you real bad" The old man laughs rather loudly despite being in a library where one should remain quiet. The visitor and employee there don't pay any attention to him as if it is a common occurrence. The old man just gives Mars an image at the size of a stamp, the image itself is not even complete. "Godspeed, sonnie"

Perhaps there’s really something to be learned about all this: a reminder that sometimes challenges come in unexpected ways and that it’s important to pay attention to every detail. It’s a lesson Mars was taught in a much more painful manner long ago, so truly, to be reminded of it in this way is somewhat welcomed by the banker.

The old man laughed openly after hearing the answer without any attempt from him to find a hint, his experience told him that if he manages to guess that really fast that means this man's favorite should be the same pokemon as the one in that picture hence why he is able to answer it smoothly. "Great job sonny, Miss Nia should be waiting on the next floor with the final riddle" Old man gesture to the stair that can reach the next floor. Once Mars comes to the fourth floor, the room is empty and there is only Nia sitting on the middle of the room. Unlike when she was still on the first floor, Nia is not in disguise anymore.

"Sup, Mars. Did you having fun with the challenges so far?" Nia greets Mars with a smile, acting as if this is their first meeting today. "Before I give you the final riddle - Can I ask you what do you think about the challenges? Any honest feedback is much appreciated" Nia asks.

Being somewhat of a Psychic type specialist (and Water type specialist too), Mars would have actually been annoyed at himself if he had gotten the answer wrong or even needed clues to guess. So, given that he’s actually right, he’s rather pleased with himself, even thanking the old man all too politely before heading for the stairs.

”Nia! Nice to finally see you. I liked your twin with the glasses downstairs, but I think I prefer you like this.” It’s with a playful smirk that the Rocket admin greets Nia Acadia, somewhat going along with her game.

”The riddles have been fun so far. Third one got a bit tough, but I don’t think most people would be able to guess a reversed audio file. I’d be impress if someone can do that.” He laughs lightly at that, his gaze meeting that of the librarian. ”I do have to ask, though… Is the goal to have people have encyclopaedic knowledge of pokémon? Some might not be all that familiar with the sounds or even looks of every species out there.”

Nia just smiles listening to the sarcastic remarks that are made by Mars, confirming that he is already fully convinced that the first manager is indeed Nia in disguise. "Well, a challenge is supposed to be challenging, isn't it? It is not a challenge if the challenger can just answer it directly" Nia comments upon the audio challenges. "Although, since you are one of the first challengers for this format, I was able to gain some feedback and I might do a bit revamp on some part of the system. Nothing major but I am sure it might be more challenging." Nia mutters to herself yet it is loud enough for Mars to hear. "Oh, don't worry. The revamp won't affect your result later" Nia convinces Mars.

"Nah, I don't expect people have an encyclopedic knowledge as I have. However, let's make an analogy, and since you are a businessman I will make a business-related analogy. When you are proposed with a business proposal from others, you must have need some sufficient knowledge regarding the business to make a decision. However, what should you do if you are completely alien about the business itself and has no knowledge about it?" Nia pace back and forth, giving a smile as she stares at Mars. "Well, logical approach is to question. However, to maintain your credibility you need to be wise and often you don't get the information that you really need. Hence, there is where your wits and intelligence is challenged, That is the approach that I take for this challenge. There are many mysteries which pokemon has and often those mysteries can bring fortune or misfortune if you don't use your wits and intelligence in uncovering the mystery" Nia finishes her monologue as she presses a button on her desk as several bookshelves emerges from the ground revealing various books about Pokemon and a PC with a database regarding all known information about existing Pokemon.

"Putting that aside, this is the last riddle for your challenge. Well, it is not much of a riddle since you will be the one who makes the riddle. You can use all of the books here as the reference, you can use the PC to create your riddle, or do anything you want to create the riddle." Nia gives out the last challenges. "Technically, the last round is a bit freebie for you since there is no loss or win for you. However, if you manage to make me stump and unable to answer it - I will give you an extra award at the top of the badge. But if I can answer your riddle, you will still get the badge. The only way for you to fail to get the badge right now is by forfeiting this round without trying." Nia gives a further explanation and then she flicks her finger. "Oh yeah, you are also expected to prepare a single hint that correlates with the answer in case I need it." Nia smiles.

There are many things Mars has had to learn about ever since first entering business school, most of which he never imagined he would know so much about. Apps, for example. Projection companies, tech development, casinos, and of course, banks. The list goes on and on. So, in many ways, he completely understands what Nia’s goals might be with her gym challenge – even if most people resort to their pokédex if they want to find out anything about pokémon these days.

The smile he gives her is an amused one, and always being one to prefer books over searching for all information online, he takes a few minutes to look through the library’s shelves. There’s a single tome he reaches for, and after searching through its index and reading a couple of pages, a riddle is written neatly on a piece of paper which is then offered to the gym leader.

Nia pace back and forth, trying to deconstruct the riddle that Mars has given to her. She is lost to her own thought, the labyrinth of wonder where no one knows where it will lead them - including Nia, herself. From the passage alone, Nia is able to distinguish that the pokemon have a high chance to be water-type pokemon. However, knowing that doesn't mean anything as there is quite a handful number of water-type of Pokemon. There is a particular name written there and the name eludes her. Nia smiles at Mars, "this is interesting. You manage to stump me. May I ask for a hint?" Nia asks for a hint without any shyness. Wanting to know more about this particular pokemon.
