and before she can even look, he's harassing her... again. she sticks her tongue out at him in response. "bite me."

she hums, eyes dropping back to the menu. a margarita would slap right about now. maybe even a little extra tequila...

"cheese fries sound really good," she grins. yeah, definitely a good idea. "wanna share?"

her eyes dart between the woman and greyson before she's taking the opportunity to order before him. ladies first and all that jazz, right? she places her drink order first: a margarita with an extra shot of tequila. then comes food...

when the waitress approaches he gives her his order. tequila sunrise, cheese fries (minus the terrible shit), and an order of twenty honey bbq boneless wings. he'd probably take some home tonight.

"yeah?" her head tilts as if it's obvious. it's been a rough day, week, months. she's allowed to have extra tequila if she wants. "what, are you worried you'll have to carry me home?" if he doesn't leave her drunk ass on the floor of the restaurant first...

"you're gonna shove me in an uber?" another laugh escapes. it's a little lower in register, dipping into smooth tones. sultry, perhaps. "what a gentleman."

his shoes will be spared... for now. she fixes him with a look and flashes an up-to-no-good grin.

"although, you're not gonna take me home yourself?" it's teasing. mostly, anyway.

his lips part into a grin, leaning further into the seat as he crosses his arm. "how does the saying go? one mans trash, another mans treasure?" a small, barely noticeable shrug, accompanies the mans joke. his eyes close naturally at the act, opening in surprise to the sound of a glass landing on the table.

their drinks were here.

giving the woman his thanks, he hovers over his glass in excitement. he arches an eyebrow over the frosted lid. "oh? want to come home with me then?" he knows it's a joke. at least, he thinks so. otherwise... a faint blush crept over the thinking mans cheeks, but he hides it behind his class as he takes a sip.

"trash?" she chatots, almost blinking in disbelief. "the fu-- that's low!"

and yet, it still manages to make her laugh a little.

she reaches for her margarita, eyes rooted on him. his eyebrow arches with the beginning of a question. and with it, her grin widens. it dips its toes into uncharted territory for them: flirting.

"yep," she confirms with a satisfying pop of emphasis at the end. a sip from her margarita tastes like a shit ton of tequila and making greyson blush his way to an early grave. "already thinking of what we'll do?"

he knew he could give it just as strongly as he took it, but still the blush creeps. illeana knew how easily it was to tease him, especially when it came to... this area. it's why he gets his jabs in before she could. he'll take that small win.

"well," she starts, tone dipping an octave lower. "you, me, a very busy night..." her eyes drop for a moment, tracing, before returning. and her smile is sugary, innocent, when she delivers the final piece, "playing board games."

greyson squints as illeana leans against the counter, doing his best to lift his eyes from seeing down and into her shirt. he was a gentleman, and, it would probably be embarrassing if he was caught. but it's curiosity that peaks his interest, so he leans towards her, giving her his ear.

each word sends a surge of adrenaline, her low voice rich and calling as she leaves him lingering on a cliffs edge. inevitably, and as he expected, her tease brings it all together. he clears his throat, leaning back into his seat and away from the hot breath that tickled hsi ear.

"you really get a rise out of teasing me, don't you?" he shifts himself uncomfortable beneath the table, hiding once again in the rim of his glass.

he'd be lying if he said he hadn't thought about it. he'd been with someone when they'd met at first, and life just had a way of moving forward even well after that. but something like that could get... messy.

"i need another drink," he says, rushing to down the one he already had. it'd take a few more attempts, surely, judging by the pucker of his lips at the sourness. but he'd get it done.
