[break][break] the dirt is cool to his fingertips as he presses them down, removing the debris in the way. he sprays the small white flowers that have sprouted with a spray-bottle, before leaning back. he stares at the sky, a bright nearly burning blue. he loosens his tie.

Should Jayden look back down at the dirt, he would find two large, malicious eyes staring back at him. The eyes of a Gastly, which would rise up from the ground and move to lick his face with its large tongue. If Jayden wasn't fast, he'd be covered, from forehead to chest, with ghostly saliva.

"Damn it, Nova."

The voice of a man. Rally, a man of average height and build, ran towards the duo with an exasperated look on his face. Upon seeing the trainer, the Gastly quickly abandoned Jayden and floated over to them.

[attr="class","jayden"] the two malicious eyes staring back at him are enough to make someone's stomach drop. jayden, however, is no ordinary person. he blinks at the sight of the gastly and doesn't even seem phased as - well - the pokemon phases through him.

[break][break] the ghostly saliva drips off his face, but if someone looked carefully, one might even be able to see something happy in his normally somber expression. he reached for his pocket, wiping his face with a cloth.

[break][break] he sees the human it belongs to a moment later, and tries not to look too disappointed. "is she yours?" he asks.

[break][break] in the background, his dragapult chases a wild drifblim with lock-on. vahagn zooms forward, clipping the pokemon with sucker punch and moments later brings the slightly deflated ghost type for jayden to capture in a pokeball.

Rally crossed his arms. "He is, yes."

The man simply brushed off the Gastly's goo. Quite strange, and another reason to find the man suspicious. Rally raised his arm, ready to call forth another Pokemon in case this turned into a battle.

Something was poking his side. While Nova kept staring down the man, Rally looked from the corner of his eyes to see whatever was interrupting him. A Girafarig was nudging its head against him. It let out a soft coo as it pressed its head against him. The Pokemon smiled, before sticking its face into his pants pocket.

Rally pushed the Pokemon back, then turned to the man. "Is this yours? Did you train it to be like this? It's almost as weird as you are."

The Girafarig stuck its face in his jeans pocket. Rally kept on pushing the Pokemon back.

"Dude, calm your stupid Persian down...!"

However, he felt the force of a Confusion knock him to the ground, spilling the contents of his pockets - several PokeBalls, coins, Berries and bills - on the ground. Girafarig beelined towards one of the Balls and tapped it. It was instantly sucked inside.

[break][break] his lips quirk. 'weird?' well, that wasn't exactly untrue.

[break][break] the dark-haired stares down at Rally Jackson — pokeballs, coins, the complete contents of his pockets spilled onto the ground. it would've been easy to steal from him. perhaps too easy. and plus, jayden wasn't on a mission today anyways.

[break][break] he stands up and jerks his head towards lada. his umbreon pads towards him, her body glowing softly with the power of PSYCHIC to gather the human's supplies into a neat pile. in the mess, an espurr is caught - floating midair. jayden is quick to grasp the small pokemon and latches him to his hip.
