PREPARE FOR TROUBLE team rocket[break][break]
Because Zilla is nothing more than a lowly grunt working for Team Rocket, she isn’t exactly invested in some of the faction’s larger plans — not that her superiors would keep her in the loop anyway. She instead handles many of the group’s affairs in Mauville City, including but not limited to Pokémon trafficking, peddling counterfeit items, and leaking intel about the casino she works at. Though she has a lot of potential as a rising criminal, she is resistant to the idea of physically harming another human being. At this point in time, she is flying under the radar of the League and is viewed by most to be an upstanding citizen. High-ranking Rocket officials are welcome to give Zilla work orders; any Rocket member may choose to socialize or train with her. Whatever the reason, she is eager to work with her comrades.

TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN crime[break][break]
Zilla has been committing petty crimes since her adolescence, and she has become quite proficient at it. In most cases, she tries to find the path of least resistance when it comes to obtaining money: swiping some cash when someone isn’t looking, selling confiscated Pokémon to the Black Market, or peddling counterfeit items to unsuspecting trainers. However, she’s willing to take on more dangerous jobs if it leads to greater pay, doesn’t destroy her reputation with the League, and she doesn’t have to murder someone. Though she has never be a get-away driver in a crime, robbed someone with threat of violence, or kidnapped another human being — and she likely would not do so without provocation — she is willing to take the plunge for Team Rocket.

AIN’T NOTHING BUT A FLING romance[break][break]
Zilla can be a flirt, especially to men who she finds particularly attractive or easily persuaded. One-night stands are not an uncommon occurrence for her. She gets around and rarely stays in relationships longer than a couple months, usually because she “grows bored” of her partner and leaves in search of more exciting prospects. It wouldn’t be out of the question for her to use seduction as a means to distract someone or gather intel from them. With that said, the opposite could be true as well — an individual may use her promiscuous nature to lower her defenses and pry for knowledge when she least expects it. At this time, she is not looking to start a family, but the right man might be able to convince her to settle down for good.

BOUND BY BLOOD AND SAND friends & enemies[break][break]
Having lived in the Hoenn region for 26 years, it stands to reason that Zilla would know some people. While I am not currently looking to explore her familial relations, there are plenty of other positions that still need filling; this includes childhood friends, drinking buddies, ex-lovers, casino regulars, and coworkers — among many others. Zilla is a pretty extroverted individual, so the options are virtually limitless. The most important part is that the characters have a standing history that they can build off of.

ANOTHER DAY IN PARADISE social[break][break]
When Zilla isn't working as a dealer at the Mauville Casino or helping Team Rocket commit crimes, she can usually be found hanging out at bars or spending time with her Pokémon. This opens up the possibility for her to meet countless people from many walks of life. However, given her career choice and mature hobbies, she tends to spend most of her time with around adults with a pension for gambling, drinking, and intercourse. As such, she doesn't really interact with children or teenagers. It's not that she hates them, it's simply a matter of inexperience. Whenever she does spend time with children, she becomes awkward and stand-offish as she struggles to find age-appropriate topics to talk about.

Reading your plotter, I think Zilla and Killian would mesh well together. She possesses many traits he looks for in people working under him. [break][break]

Killian is one of Rocket's admins and the head of their intelligence division. He owns the Starlight Casino in Sootopolis too. So the casino she works for in Mauville is his competition. If Zilla provides intel on their operations, it could be at Killian's behest.[break][break]

Your plotter says she's focused primarily on petty crime. Killian started that way when he was younger, mostly blackmail, but moved on to bigger things. Planning bank heists, art theft, etc. Noticing her potential, he could bring Zilla in on Rocket's riskier operations. [break][break]

Take her under his wing essentially. [break][break]

He has killed, but it's not something he prefers and wouldn't force her to do either. Tourte, on the other hand? He may lightly suggest using it to extract information. [break][break]

I'm open to pretty much anything, though. So if you had something in mind that Killian could help with, I'm game to give it a go.

Killian Decker, I love the idea of them having a mentor/student relationship! I also really like the idea that Zilla is working for a rival casino, especially since her involvement at that facility was a major reason why Team Rocket poached her in the first place. It would make sense if they recruited her to act as something of a spy on the inside (as it were). With her assistance, Killian would have direct access to classified info regarding his biggest competition. At the moment, I don’t have any big plans for Zilla, but I’d love it if we threaded together and/or you kept me in mind for Rocket missions in the future! She’s never killed or tortured anyone before, but she’s had some experience intimidating rowdy customers and sleazy black market merchants. Her skills may come in handy when trying to extract information from an enemy.

Killian Decker, the starter has been written! I sorta got carried away with the flashback segment, so it's pretty ramble-y at the beginning. Sorry about that! I also wasn't sure if the casino or the black market was the best place for them to meet, but since they're both involved in the casino life, I figured that would be more poetic. First off - I love the plotter. It's really well-written and incredibly easy to parse your goals!

With that said, I can offer two people:

1. Greyson Connors - Gym Leader, high-ranking league officer, and kind of a bleeding heart. He wouldn't look kindly on anyone committing a crime (especially more serious ones), but he's also not someone who throws the book at someone either. If you're looking to cut your girls teeth on a league character - devolop some rivalries, or maybe an odd friendship - greyson's ready!

2. KING WAYLAND - League Turncoat, kind-of an asshole, jokes around and doesn't realize how much a prick he can be, and a low-key alcoholic. He loves to fight, drink, and piss people off. I can easily see them hitting it off at the bar, maybe some light, joking-type flirting, but nothing beyond that. He's been known to gamble a time or two, and if it's easier, we can set something up as a past one-night-stand or "hey i saw you in the submarine, bro" type of deal.

I'm a huge "go with the flow" type of writer, and like to see how threads develop without planning them out too much ahead. That said, I don't mind hammering some details about relationships or expectations or anything!
