And as the subject matter of their visit is the Unown and associated Report, it comes as no surprise when he ignites the alluring incense in order to attract pokemon with a psychic ability.[break][break]

As he explores the caverns and walls, he runs his palm over the smooth surface of eroded limestone, wondering what symbols might have adorned such walls in ancient times. Pictures of the Unown he's browsed online, taken from the Ruins of Alph in Johto, flood his mind as he tries to discern shapes in the dim light.[break][break]

It reminds him of his time in the desert ruins, and what he's lost. It's not something Adrian wishes to approach just then.[break][break]

Passing it by, he hopes to find something else.[break][break]

It's strange to him that they seem never to express themselves in this dormant state in Hoenn. While moving along he fails to notice the Solosis meandering nearby.[break][break]

Perhaps it is something worth investigating.[break][break]

An Unown specimen, representing "E" in their language, flitting about towards the cavern's ceiling-as if seeking escape. A being of such one-dimensional thought and action can hardly be expected to navigate this cave anymore accurately. Still though, Adrian wonders how it came to be here to begin with... Was it carved into the wall?[break][break]

Or was that simply the guise they took on?[break][break]

Maybe it had simply appeared here spontaneously.[break][break]

A swathe of his own Unown begin to amass in the area, acting like a beacon for the Unown's attention. Its lone eye latches onto them, seeing something Adrian's eyes cannot, before joining their ranks. Reunited with them it seems content, at least for the moment.[break][break]
