AS YOU BEGIN YOUR INVESTIGATIONS, you realize this house is literally falling apart. The floorboards creak and groan as you pass through, and all of the furniture is covered in dust, detritus. Splinters and debris litter everything, ruining the comfort such basic amenities might have once offered you. As your spend more and more time in this place, you become increasingly discomforted by the state of decay...[break][break]
bryan delarosa is the first to ascend the rickety staircase, which groans under his weight, the handrail shifting beneath his touch. But should he remain steadfast, he would discover the children's room above, largely untouched by the disaster that claimed the ground floor. But something about it almost seems... unnatural, giving him reason enough to explore the room's contents.[break][break]
Back downstairs, Rowan Wrynn and Aidan Hereford fumble through the dining and living rooms respectively, but their efforts turn up very little. While it's possible they overlooked something searching through the layout, they would immediately recognize Oscar's efforts as he deliberately searches for damning evidence with his pokemon. Although perhaps they avoid directly prodding the haunt for good reason...[break][break]
From the kitchen, oscar clayton's efforts yield evidence that is more forthcoming. A white noise creeps into the Rotom's voicebox, before subtle voices are picked up by the receiver. Listening closely, they eventually normalize into something more understandable:[break][break]

oscar clayton, Rowan Wrynn & Aidan Hereford would all feel a slight chill up their spine as they realized they were finally communing with the dead, put off further by the strangely uncharacteristic tone of the words. What exactly had happened here...? While all three of them were clearly able to discern the voices, it would be Aidan Hereford that saw the television flicker, before a fading grim visage took hold over the darkened screen...[break][break]
On the floor above, bryan delarosa discovers a TORTURED BANETTE DOLL beside an otherwise ordinary POKEDOLL, the latter in pristine condition, though whether it was significant to their investigation remained unknown. At the very least, it might be a valuable keepsake worth pawning off...?[break][break]
Bryan would eventually lose interest in the bedroom, returning downstairs to see what the ruckus was about. And to avoid falling through the floor, as the whole of the house seemed ready to give...[break][break]
