Remiel's eyes widen. "Is that so?" He replies, the mutter perhaps incomprehensible over the howl of the blizzard. Speaking a little louder this time, however, he continues. "Do you happen to know the nature of this portal? Ultra Space, perhaps?" Or Unown, he supposed.

The time he waits to get an answer, however, is interrupted by a snow-covered METAGROSS that trudges through the snow like a tank. Startled by the Aurorus, it attempts a TACKLE. The attack misses, and it is buried in an AVALANCHE of snow promptly thereafter. Remiel then catches it by casting a Luxury Ball at the one leg that sticks out of the snow pile.

He then promptly turns his attention back to Theo.

HOOPA was involved? As far as Remiel knew, that had once been the legendary that had partnered with kim cole-essam some time ago. Was it acting independently now? Or had the two reunited? This was a solid lead to follow.

Before he could thank the stranger in the blizzard and leave, however, a MAMOSWINE comes charging out from the snow with a DOUBLE HIT. Blanche manages to avoid one tusk but is struck by another which sends her reeling sideways. Remiel struggles to reel her back into balance. The moment he does, however, the royal prompts his steed to unleash a powerful HYPER BEAM at the mammoth.

The force of that beam, suffice to say, is enough to put it down long enough for the swift toss of a Luxury Ball.

Not long after, however, a DELIBIRD flies smack into the Aurorus' face. Its HUSTLE and the low visibility in the blizzard was not a good combination. Blanche seems so offended by this that, after spitting feathers out of her mouth, she summons an ANCIENT POWER to bury the bird.

Feeling pity for it, Remiel pulls out an empty Luxury Ball and catches it.
