It reminded him a bit of the mega shard veins that had appeared a couple years ago, before the majority of them had been excavated and processed into the stones most everyone else used now. [break][break] This formation lacked the multi-colored swirls of mega shards, however. Instead its many facets gleamed in various shades of orange-not unlike a fire stone-and radiated enough heat to melt the snow in a decently-sized radius around it.
