With the Malamar captured, Johanna took a moment to recall all the Pokémon she had caught by now into their newly acquired homes. There simply would be no way for her to keep track of them all if she didn’t.

But the Gengar stayed out, ever the companion.

Johanna fell silent, solemnly listening to Dolores’ comment. Though moments later she would add her own opinion to it. “Same. I do not like Team Rocket either.”

“Yeah friends are the best.” Johanna proclaimed at the sight of a new friend made by Chuckles.

Speaking of new friends. An Espeon joyously bounced its way toward the group. It walked straight up to Johanna, and began to snuggle up against her leg, as if trying to persuade her for some favor. Perhaps capture?

Johanna blinked in surprise, but bent down to pet the Espeon. It seemed friendly enough, certainly didn’t bite the hand that tried to pet it.

Was this enough to consider it captured? Johanna didn’t know. But oh well, the Espeon clearly wanted pets.
