Amor had been dispensing of League Peons for what felt like ages. He was giving one of his teams a rest, and was currently using another team. They weren't as powerful as his ace team, in fact none of his other teams were that strong, perhaps he would have to work on that? So here he was in this god forsaken dimension sending as many of the League packing as he could. His suit was a bit battered, and the wear, and tear was starting to get to him, but that didn't matter in the end. As long as they were successful in the end on getting their goal. Amor had used methods that were less than savory in his time, and so he couldn't disparage Rocket from what they were doing, especially with the League wasn't much better in his eyes.

A Salamence hovered by his side, there were two others like it patrolling around alerting him to any incoming dangers. Though with his dragons nearby, there were few actual dangers to him, and that is when someone showed up that seemed to be very out of place. Or were they out of place, so the man dressed up like a robot ninja, called out in a tone that was clearly modulated to sound just as robotic as his appearance.

"If you are another Leaguer....Just save us both the trouble, and leave." All around him were the bodies of a few League Peons, they were still breathing, but they were clearly unconscious. "I am growing bored of you riff raff. So take your friends here, and send someone stronger back." Amor had no interest in the weak, and this blonde woman was weak in his eyes, unless she dared to step up to the challenge, and prove him wrong.

francie's not caught off guard by the unconscious men that are on the ground. she watched it happen from above, sitting atop her aerodactyl, hovering slightly. she can't help but make a face at the way the robot of a man speaks.[break][break]

"i uh, i will take my friends. but i can't just leave you dilly dallying about all willy nilly."[break][break]

if he used a phrase like 'riff raff' she figures he'll appreciate her verbiage. making her comfortable enough to go using goofy phrases.[break][break]

"so," she held up a ball, releasing her lycanroc, lincoln, onto the ground just as her aerodactyl, tilly, lands with a screech. francie remains on her back, comfortable with having the higher ground over the ... erm, robo-guy.[break][break]

"how about?" her face suddenly contorts into something slightly robotic, her tone matching.[break][break]

"LET US SEE WHAT YOU HAVE GOT, SIR!" and then she giggles.

A very audible sigh left his lips at the challenge of his opponent, and he just facepalmed. Well as much as he could with his helmet on, the Salamence at his side landed in front of him, and another landed beside it. These had been gifts from someone long ago, and over time he had earned their respect to tame them.

"You are out of your depth little girl." Of course she seemed to be a similar age to him, but that wasn't going to stop him from being condescending to her. "Whatever maybe someone worthwhile will show up." A Lycanroc, and an Aerodactyl were to be the opponents for his dragons. This would be a good test to see how his dragons worked in tandem against opponents that were a stronger match up for them. Rock types could be the bane of his Salamence since they didn't have the wonderous ability that his Dragonite did. Still both of them exerted a very Intimidating pressure on their opponents.

"Earthquake, Flamethrower." Came the calm orders as one of his Salamence stomped hard on the ground, and the entire ground began to quake. It wouldn't affect the Aerodactyl, but that wasn't their target, as seconds later a powerful jet of flame shot towards the Lycanroc. Their goal was to snuff out one of their opponents in quick succession, and leave their opponent at a disadvantage. Whether it worked or not remained to be seen.

"whoa! straight away huh??" sure, the intimidation of the dragons took its natural toll on both of her pokémon. but she hears the commands and quickly combats with her own.[break][break]

"accelrock, and keep close!"[break][break]

she commands lincoln first who is quick to move in closer to the salamence and collide with his stone body into the dragon. as the hit happens, an earthquake begins, and that flamethrower, if it is loosed instead of stopped, will hit the opposing salamence as well. better yet?[break][break]

francie drops to the ground, landing and holding up her glowing wristband. the aerodactylite glows and so too does tilly, transforming into a mega aerodactyl before their eyes.[break][break]

"giga impact!"[break][break]

without a second thought, the newly mega evolved aerdactyl swoops down from the air to plummet into all three pokémon, her target namely on the salamence that used earthquake, where lincoln remains, nearly about to faint.[break][break]

"try and hitch a ride lincoln!" she calls into the dust from the impact, pulling out two capsules, ready to recall her lycanroc if she needs to.

A mega evolution out the gate? Now that was an interesting tactic, on top of her Lycanroc jumping on to the back of his other Salamence. The flames that they were both showered in barely registered. If she wanted a close range fight, then that would be her mistake.

"Protect." Came the simple command as the barrier erected itself buffering the Lycanroc off, and shielding Bahamut not only from the Flamethrower that was still coming for it, but also the Giga Impact that smashed into it. It would seem that this person wasn't as helpless as he had originally thought, whatever her plan was after she had smashed into his Salamence with Accelrock he was curious, but at the same time he wasn't just going to give her all that leeway.

"Dragon Claw! He gave the order to Paladine whose claws lit up with green draconic energy, extending out like sci-fi swords of plasma, and it took a hard swipe at the Aerodactyl hoping to deal some damage to it. Mega Evolution came with some drawbacks, it wasn't permanent, and she had used it at the very start of this battle rather than as an ace. Perhaps she was trying to end this battle before it even began?

To her question at the start though he just shrugged.

"I see no point in wasting time with pitiful monologues. I am not some movie villain." Though that didn't mean he couldn't monologue, because he certainly could, but he was working on that. It was a bit narcissistic, and he was trying to be a bit less vain these days. "But you have not convinced me that you are worth sticking around to battle." No in fact this person had made the same mistake as Elise Calcifet , and mega evolved prematurely. Did no one believe in scouting out their opponent, and gathering information first anymore?

the commands seem unorthodox but the pokémon know their trainer well enough to understand her commands. lincoln's body pulses with energy and the ground around them becomes littered in a stealth rock. it won't cause damage for the moment, but the battle to come after this one will produce an advantage for francie's team.[break][break]

tilly's fangs glow blue. the hit from the dragon claw at close range is taken. the damage is done and instead of tensing, she is accepting of the impact. her maw opens and she screeches, the cold energy coating her sharp teeth as she digs ice fangs dig into bahamut.

A Stealth Rock was going to be annoying to deal with in the future, but more so than that was the Ice Fang that had found it's way into his Salamence. She was proving to be more of a nuisance than he had originally given her credit for. The damage to Bahamut was going to add up, and if he wasn't careful would take him out. Both of her pokemon were being nuisances, and he realized that was because she battled in a very similar fashion to himself. Controlling the battle field, setting it up to your advantage, and he just internally sighed. So this was going to be a mirror match on some level.

"Crunch! Dragon Claw! Take down that fossil!" He gave the order, as Bahamut didn't try to get away from the Aerodactyl, and instead tried to bite it back as hard as he could. Meanwhile the other Salamence flew at top speed towards the Aerodactyl, and with claws sheathed in draconic energy attempted to slash at it once more. They were all but ignoring the Lycanroc for the moment, but this creature was the more immediate threat.

"Alright I will upgrade you to annoying." He said a bit bitterly to his opponent, it was praise if only slight.

TLDR

if there's one thing francie has going for her, it's that nobody assumes her sunshine laced, petite, boisterous frame will produce massive rock-type giants as her type of choice. they expect something like electric-types, or even worse, just 'cute'-types.[break][break]

but not her. no, she commands ancient pokémon and golems; and she does so well. well enough to earn her a target on her back, it seemed. or at least, being called annoying felt like a target.[break][break]

the new title of 'annoying' makes her grin. if she was in a mmorpg she'd have it slapped on and sucking up the benefits. but this is real life, for her, and instead it just boosts her confidence. after all, being annoying to the enemy means well for one's self, does it not?[break][break]

"lincoln nail 'em both! tilly, get some space and light 'em up!"[break][break]

while they types won't be super effective, the combination will be deadly. or so she hopes.[break][break]

lincoln's eyes glow and rocks fly at his command. the rock slide is aimed at both. tilly creates space after the hits nail her. she's struggling, but she gets distance enough that the rocks hit the two dragons and not herself. as they do, energy builds in her giant maw and released a hyper beam at the one she hadn't used her ice fang on earlier.[break][break]

francie hopes the combination is enough to nail the dragons and take them down. they're a bitch to deal with, dragons. this much she knows form her training with freya morningstar.

The woman's hopes would be partially dashed because while Rock Slide finds purchase on Bahamut, who had had taken the most damage in this entire fight, as the girl seemed to focus on him. Paladine was covered in a Protect the Rock Slide, and Hyper Beam crashing helplessly against the barrier doing nothing. Bahamut however was exhausted, and had taken to much damage, despite the fact that he wanted to continue, he was returned promptly by his trainer, who just gave an exasperated sigh. His two Dragon's had done their job properly, and bought time to wear down the Mega Evolution.

"That is annoying, but they did their job. Let's see how you fair now." He almost wanted to summon his other Salamence, but he would refrain from that for now. Instead a Duraludon appeared in a flash of white, and he wasted no time in commanding it. "Start with the overgrown Pidgey." Falak's claws extended, and glowed with power before rushing forward, and attempting to slash at the Aerodactyl with a Metal Claw. The Stealth Rocks slammed into the steel-type upon his entrance, but did barely any damage.

It would be here where her luck ended, while losing one of his dragons for a future battle was annoying, it seemed it couldn't be helped. Falak however was going to be a much harsher opponent for this woman, alongside his Salamence, and so he just folded his arms once again waiting to see how she handled this. Rock types weren't exactly a good matchup for steel-types after all.

TLDR
Bahamut faints from the Rock Slide!
Paladine uses Protect to nullify both Rock Slide, and Hyper Beam
Falak the Duraludon is summoned!
Stealth Rocks deals minimal damage to Duraludon due to it's typing!

seeing tilly goes down feels like more of a win than a loss and she shows as much by immediately returning him while tossing another ball out.[break][break]

"show 'em how ticked off you are, louie! lincoln, get to the wings quick!"[break][break]

the mega aerodactyl is quickly returned to its capsule and replacing it is a dusk form lycanroc. energy begins to pull in his feet, tough claws heavily pounding into the ground. as his stomping tantrum begins, lighting the field up with massive ground-type damage thanks to his ability, lincoln takes the opportunity to speed past the damage with an accelerock.[break][break]

more than digging stones into the salamence for damage, the midday lycanroc attaches himself once again to the beast, having hit just when that protect faded and attaching himself to the back of the beast, toward the wings.[break][break]

while the damage nicked him in the beginning of that fit his brother had thrown, he doesn't take the full damage, being on the salamence's back.[break][break]

"great job boys!" she is, however, reaching for her belt again, putting tilly's capsule back and reaching for another. she can see the wear on lincoln and is prepared to pull him back in if she needs to.

The troublesome Aerodactyl finally found it's end, and another rock type would replace it. That is when she did something strange but he was of course curious as to why she would use a ground type move knowing that it would have no affect on his Salamence? Though it did do a serious amount of damage to his Duraludon, but that is when she would realize that mistake soon.

"Take it out." With that command a shine of metallic energy would surround his Duraludon, and it would fire a powerful Metal Burst at the new Lycanroc in an attempt to simply KO it in one shot. She had used a super effective move which normally was a good call, but Metal Burst amplified the damage the user received, and shot it back at the one who inflicted the injury. Though whether or not that is what happened he would have to wait, and see as he turned his attention back to Paladine.

"Fly." Came Amor's command as Paladine flew straight up into the air with the Lycanroc on it's back, of course it could jump off, but it would sustain serious injury still. Since she wanted her dogs to befriend his dragons so badly, since they kept climbing on them, he would punish her for that. Annoyance still creeped at the edges of his mind at having to deal with this unknown person. If he wanted merit, he was definitely wasting his time, but perhaps between now, and their next meeting she would be someone noteworthy.

"Why couldn't you be more important...." Came the robotic sigh.

TLDR
Duraludon is hit with Stomping Tantrum
Duraludon uses Metal Burst on Louie, sending the damage back to him magnified by x1.5!
Paladine is hit with Accelrock, is looking worn down!
Paladine uses Fly with Lincoln on his back, and just goes straight up into the air daring it to let go of him.
