Ghost looked on and it was all tied up. It seems that his air based attacks are doing more then one could hope for and now the score was all tied up. 
As him and Roc Royal laid still and the air. He realized that it was now or never. He realized that even if he lose the score between him and Josh would go up to 1 to 1. This was a beautiful moment for him. As Ghost took everything to the heart mind nkdy and soul. 

Taking his double lance he would take a deep breath and as he saw the duo down below ready their final attack. So did Ghost and his dragon. It was like a fairy tail the knight and a lion vs a knight and his dragon. Not many could take this chance and just enjoy the moment. But that was what he liked about Josh. He knew how to have fun win or lose and that was what made going up against him so fun. 
With a clean power swoop Ghost and Roc Royal would zoom down and he would let out his double lance. It was a now or never victory. .

As he aimed for the chest and belly again. Ghost would not take a L for a tie he wanted to win and win he shall.

Roc Royal and Aslan charged one another at a dizzying closing speed, the Gym Leader jabbing at his lion mount's sides. A striking red corona flew outward from the Pyroar's red mane, giving the duo the breathtaking appearance of a comet. With one more swift, almost blade-like kick from the rider, the fire-type broke into a dead sprint. Even for Josh, the power behind his mount's rapidly-flexing back made his thighs ache. Drawing his sword arm back, he cleanly struck the final scoring target needed to end the match, shattering his friend's chances at advancement.

The winded rider reined his Pyroar all the way back to a trot, then a walk, much of his lower body thumping from how rough of a ride the great cat was. He stopped next to Ghost and extended his hand to be shaken. "Great match! You made me work for that one. Best of luck in the bonus bracket. Who knows? If you keep winning down there, maybe we'll face each other again." With that, the lion's rider slid off his mount, grabbed a bottle of water, and stumbled onto a bench.
