The loud roar that the dragon lets out dares to compete with the howls of a frozen storm, shattering the Springtide petals into jagged shards that cut at exposed flanks. Hungry shadows lick at open wounds, the earth drinking up every drop of blood spilled as the army of angered Flapples and Appletuns keep coming from over the horizon.[break][break]

With yet another whistle, the air snaps cold, a Blizzard picking up speed as Hail rains down upon the field.

The maelstrom of strikes, of pokemon doing their very best to change the world around them; and then force that change to strengthen them, to use the very strongest moves that they had available.

Yet Kouji couldn’t quite believe it, that this was the solution they had found, he hung onto Iron Jugulis even as it tried to shake him off; yet he held on as tightly as possible; his arms creaked, and he felt the metal body underneath them struggle just a second before the strengthened, and push back, the other heads tried to bash at them.

But he would hold on. ”You darn idiot, just who the hell d’you think is your trainer? I beat ya, I’ll keep beating ya, so shut the hell up and listen, release another hyper voice.”

Kouji forced it, thankfully, Roaring Moon knew the job, and it did so, biting, kicking, and slashing at the Flapples in the air, even those which fell; it had no choice but to dance in the heat of battle.

”Hyper Voice at the ground, you idiot.” He said as he headbutted the pokemon, the dull ring of metal, the dripping of blood from his forehead, and yet; it listened for a moment, a roar that was aimed at the ground that washed up in a wave which kicked up more and more dust; making it impossible for the creatures to see.

Between the electrical charge that ran across the area, the hail, the blizzard, and the dust cloud, it couldn’t be any more difficult to see in front of them.

Morbid thoughts graze the tip of her attention but wilt in the heat of the moment, her eyes darting across the field as she tries to pick out any stragglers. The weak are picked off with a merciless frostbite, or perhaps even overcooked by torrents of stray lightning. Those who gather and bunch too tightly are swallowed by the storm, a bold Hyper Voice scattering their ranks as their screeches are dulled by the crash of hail.[break][break]

"Kouji?!"[break][break]

Dust blinds them to the weathered pokemon, Eris raising an arm to cover her eyes before she loses vision in both for good. And as she cuts off one sense, the little things that had once been downplayed by her ears now crackle and creak in her mind.[break][break]

It starts as a low rumble, but the scent of rust and churned earth nurtures it well. A scream echoes through nature's violent temper, a sharp whistle piercing the air and growing louder by the second.[break][break]

Shredding the veil of the fervent dust storm, razor sharp talons hook around the Iron Jugulis' throat and wrench it close. Then comes the beady eyes of ichor that swivel, then lock onto Kouji; bloody maws bearing the fresh stench of death as a giant Garchomp readies itself for its next course.

[attr="class","body"]Kouji hadn’t expected the explosion of dust, hanging on tightly onto his Iron Jugulis, he felt himself get jostled around; yet he heard the voice that had called his name, and the blowing of sand in the air was problematic.

But more than that was the shaking of his creature; it was trying to shake him off, he hadn’t acknowledged it, and it hadn’t acknowledged him, they were different creatures following completely different paths, this wasn’t an option.
[break][break]
Yet, it wasn’t his choice; the large Garchomp bit down on the neck of his Iron Jugulis, blood and black ichor, oil spurted out loudly; the dragon roared loudly before Kouji found himself falling through the air; through the cloud of smoke; a shout escaped his throat as he found himself being rocked towards the ground.

Until he felt the grip of claws on his shoulders; the roar of a dragon, a true dragon above him. ”That was close, thanks Roaring.” He said as he felt the comforting hold of that dragon as it dipped towards the ground, the mechanical roars of his Iron Jugulis only got louder.

”Outrage.”
[break][break]
A blue energy got brighter and brighter before in a loud burst as the air dispersed, it crashed into the large dragon, claws, teeth; its wings rasped against it.

Yet it attacked, and Kouji watched as his Iron Jugulis was released; black oil fell as it crashed down from the sky into a large dust cloud; flattened against the ground, and that was the moment in which the earth began to shake; an earthquake that spread like a wave, turning the earth upside down.

[attr="class","inner-finally"]Blood - The scent of oil and rust fills the air. Intoxicating, nauseating, ensnaring her in a spiral of frenzy that beckons her to reach for an unseen sky. But if even angels can fall from the heavens, there must be no surprise in watching a prideful beast fall from grace. Metal creaking and a solid slam lack the quiet squelching of flesh, the crackling of bones. And a voice that has comprehensible words tells her that she's not alone, the overwhelming tides of emotion wane with a low exhale.[break][break]

Her hair stands on ends as a Psychic waves begins to-[break][break]

"It'll be fine." She cuts it off, follows up with a sharp whistle. "Back up, Kouji!"[break][break]

No time is wasted between warning and the arrival of a threat. The air snaps cold as a Blizzard engulfs the land, the dust cloud solidified and falling to the ground like sparkling dust. As the Garchomp dives down for another attempt at Kouji's neck, frost grips onto its wings like a hungry parasite, bitter crystals exploding from its skin as streams of red trickle from ripped out scales.[break][break]

And still it persists in its pursuit, roaring as icy talons reach out for the man.

[attr="class","body"]Kouji hadn’t expected the explosion of dust, hanging on tightly onto his Iron Jugulis, he felt himself get jostled Kouji ran a hand through his hair even as he rode on his roaring moon, Iron jugulis was released and he recalled the pokemon, but in that moment came the call to fall back; this was tiring, he felt exhausted already.

”Pull back!” He told his roaring moon but it didn’t, it had no such thoughts in its head; an Outrage was not a move that could be stopped. ”Tch. Fuck it, let’s go, to death buddy.” He said as he felt the insanely cold air that came in, rushing in from behind them, freezing them, nipping at them, but Kouji was fine with that.

Roaring moon was tearing, biting, clawing away at the Garchomp, roar after roar as the two dragons clashed, one moving in the air, while the other dominated the earth, both being struck by the same blow.

Yet, eventually, came the killing blow as Roaring Moon gripped onto the Garchomp’s throat, tearing away at it, blood spurted out, and was immediately frozen as a red hail fell upon the battlefield.

Yet his roaring moon, and Kouji himself too began to fall from the sky itself.

What she lacks, the pixie offers - A Psychic force slowing @kouji and his Roaring Moon's descent as a swirling pink barrier Protects them from the bitter hail. While Hati may dispel the Blizzard, Reiner guides her through the remnants of the storm, his body battered by the unyielding frost just to keep the cold away from her.[break][break]

Just to make sure she doesn't lay eyes upon the mauled Garchomp.[break][break]

It's alright, she should be used to the stench by now. That sickly saltiness that beckons, dares her to sneak a peek. Instead she resists the surging curiosity, battering down the waves of nausea as she calls upon her Comfey to provide Floral Healing for unseen injuries.[break][break]
