THE SAFARI ZONE HASN'T CHANGED MUCH, considering the fact that the selection always change and the theme adopts to whatever gimmicks the warden has in mind. Selena finds it enjoyable to roam around Hoenn's safari because it gives a much different vibe than its Kalosian counterpart. When she gives her safari pass, the guard finally lets her in into the open field for her to see the recent warden's picks.

The gigantic leek continuously hits against the tree trunks, the open field raining in green. Selena tries to be cautious and silent as she psses through, not letting the Pokemon feel her presence from behind the arrays of vegetation.

BEFORE SHE GETS OUT OF THE CLEARING, Selena had a clearer view of the what the Farfetch'd's is sparring with: it turns out the sound actually comes from the Honedge's blade hitting the steelhard leek of the duck Pokemon. Aggressively, it hits the sword Pokemon's body and makes it fall to the ground. Selena rushes by its side and offers a helping of her spare potion, allowing the Pokemon to recover.

And because of that, it decides to follow the Kalosian throughout her walk in the Safari.

SELENA NAMES THE HONEDGE 'JOYEUSE', a name befitting a loyal sword. Their stroll along the Safari zone has been considerably easy, as the Honedge allows itself to take initiative in slashing through vines and creepers taht crawl around the groves.

Just when they thought the Farfetch'd has already spared them, another loud swishing is heard from a distance: the presence of a Tinkaton poses danger that Joyeuse cannot just ignore. Their metals clank against each other, but eventually the Honedge triumphs over the creature.

"That's enough," she informs her Honedge as she tends to the Tinkaton's care.
