Bryan backs off from the crystals, some of them creating wounds on his body as he pulls back. Globs of blood fall to the floor, splattering a trail on his feet. [break][break]

"What?" he says as he jumps back and shrugs his shoulder, or what he could control of it at that point. "Two indestructible crystals collide with one another, I wanted to know what'd happen." [break][break]

He says as Bryan sees that this wound was too deep to keep fighting like this, energy surges through his body as his hairs begin to sway as if there was wind passing through each of the strands before he spreads a ball of light over himself as he heals himself to perfect health. "Been a while since I've had to actively do that. I must admit, you're a handful right now."

The pause Bryan took to heal his injuries was enough to end the rhythm of the battle. Zev stalked away. His heart still pumped with adrenaline, but fatigue settled into his bones and muscles, too.[break][break]

"Good thing we're allies, then. Your strength is nothing to underestimate, either," he said, panting. The crystals receded back into his skin, leaving unmarred flesh. However, his shirt had been ripped to tatters — something he still hadn't figured out how to avoid.[break][break]

Zev gazed around the fitness center, the blood splatters, and the ruined floor. If the fight had gone any longer, they might have torn a hole in the submarine itself.[break][break]

"I'll report the damages here to one of the admin." he said to Bryan as he started walking to the locker room to find a spare shirt. In its doorway, he paused and glanced back over his shoulder.[break][break]

"Thanks for the spar."
