The door to the hideout abruptly slammed open, a towering figure stepping through the threshold and kicking the door closed behind him. Heavy footfalls echoed across the derelict plant as the man made his way to the center of the living space, pausing to take a cursory look at his surroundings. The industrial lights reflected off of his aviator sunglasses, which he removed as he resumed his trek across the hideout.

He made his way directly toward the delicious food he had smelled from outside. As he approached the curry, he would lean over to examine the countertop it sat upon. "Hm." He seemed amused by something he observed. A slight smile graced his lips as he helped himself to a bowl. I mean it was just sitting out here, surely it was up for grabs.

The man turned, his intense gaze settling upon Raju in the corner. The man's mouth twisted into an ominous grin. With only a few strides he would be upon the young cook, inviting himself to Raju's corner. "Hey there."

The man greeted Raju with a bizarre familiarity, as if they had known each other for years. The man took a bite of the curry, relishing the spicy burst of flavor before letting out a dry chuckle. "Whoever left this out is a saint, this is good shit. Did you spy them by chance?"

The man's eyes shifted into a half-open leer, his smile stretching as the boy pointed to himself. "Well well, aren't we a man of talent. My compliments to the chef." The man let out a chuckle, which gradually increased in intensity until it resembled an evil cackle. He abruptly stopped, sighing heavily before taking another bite of curry. "Mmm--love that kick!"

The man shot a hand across the table, "The name's Ambrose. It's a pleasure to meet you." Whether the boy reciprocated the greeting would not matter, Ambrose would eventually retract his hand and continue eating the delicious curry. Moments later he would continue to try and strike up a friendly conversation, completely unaware of his unnerving demeanor.

"So how long have you been with um---you know, these guys?"
