"oh, true, i didn't think about that."

this had been one of the first runs he's had. he had been too immersed that it didn't occur to him that they could have another go around. it definitely changes the way on how the game works if that was the case.

"then i guess we go for this!"

priam takes out a pokemon, joining the fight with long-ranged artillery that aids the younger brother. a grueling fight would eventually end with their victory and the reward was bestowed.

he waits for the rocket beast to take it in their stead.

"do you plan to just... give this to us?" he asks, confused. "that's so weird, dude. like why? are you, like, outta your mind? oh, well. who are we to deny your gratitude, right?!"

"I doubt we can take this outside of the simulation," he told Priam, turning the brilliant, glowing stone over between his fingers. Doing so would suggest that the simulation was much more than it seemed to be.[break][break]

"Here, you hold onto it."[break][break]

He handed Priam the stone, then stuffed his hands into his pockets. The world around them began crumbling away, leaving only blank, white surroundings and a single door leading to the exit.
