The Walking Wake let out a fearful cry as it was assailed by the combination of Rocks, Dragon Pulse fire, and the blows from the Iron Valiant. As it turned to face the autonomous paladin, Artanis greeted the creature with a blinding Dazzling Gleam, causing the Walking Wake to stumble backwards with a pained roar, tripping and falling onto its back.

The Hydreigon attempted to finish the fight by firing one concentrated Dragon Pulse from his central head, towards the head of the dazed beast.

Seeing that the danged thing had already fallen over on its back and wasn’t able to get up, the Corvisquire immediately flew out of range; back towards the Braviary who decided to suddenly surge forward—

“Hey!” he yelped as the Braviary dropped him close to the ground; before the blue-plumed avian finally could get up-close and personal with an Aerial Ace attack first; while alternating shots with the Hydreigon and the other Pokémon, before—

And this is where the non-existence of physics comes into play—

The Braviary then picked up the Walking Wake with a Sky Drop attack and immediately flew as fast and as far as he could in a straight line towards the heavens!

“Oh boy,” was all he would say next, down on the ground as he followed the speck with his phone’s camera—

“Wait for it.”

Before the Walking Wake could get up, and retaliate, the Braviary grabbed the creature. In its state, the beast could only uselessly struggle against the talons gripping into its body, as it ascended upward.

Thomas looked up to see the Braviary take the Walking Wake up to the sky. He and his Pokemon got clear of what was going to be the impact site.

If the Walking Wake survived this, then surely it could be captured for study.

In no time flat, the second half of the Sky Drop attack would come to fruition; as the blue-plumed Braviary came within range and immediate line of sight once more before crashing down with his unceremonious load—the Walking Wake that would leave quite the impact crater.

“…and that’s why you don’t make him angry,” he ended with a hint of a smirk on his face as the avian then literally cawed; before hopping over to where they were waiting.

“Let’s go get the pictures we need now before it wakes up and decides to attack us again,” he nodded in his friend’s direction.

Despite the massive crater in the earth left by the impact, the Walking Wake survived the drop. Thomas made his way inside the crater, noticing the beast was unconscious.

"Even better idea.", Thomas began, before tapping the creature with a Pokeball. Given its state, it wasn't able to resist the capture.

"Something for the labs to examine.", Thomas remarked with a grin.

"Alright, let's get the fuck outta here. Mission successful!"
