Pulse continued to snuggle up to the Wigglytuff, enjoying the feeling of her fluffy fur against his own. The Audino clearly didn't want it to end. Meanwhile, Minty continued to play with the girl's own Minccino, hoping to put the timid little creature at ease.

A hulking Scizor, what one would consider an Alpha, approached the group. Just as he was about to walk away, he spotted the Primeape. The Scizor approached the simian, curious to see if the Fighting-type was there to fight, or like the others.

Thomas chuckled after Thea said what she had to say. "Yeah, it was a crazy time. But I'm grateful that he was there for it. Even if my own antics caused him his fair share of headaches.", Thomas replied.

His past in Kanto shaped him into what he was. Not just the miserable start he had, but because it motivated him to become strong. It lead to invaluable friendships, like the one he formed with Noah.

"Ah, I see.", commented Thomas. "Perhaps I should take some time to stop by your father's dojo, then.", Thomas remarked.

When approached by the hulking Scizor, Zeus stopped and looked at him and tried to size him up, oinking briefly. If anything, he looked like the one Pokémon that wasn't just about cuddling there. Gominha squeaked like a balloon looking at Zeus, giving him a scolding gaze while still glued to Pulse, making Zeus look back at her with a frown.[break][break]

"Seems like Zeus is bored, huh?" Thea chuckled. "Sorry, he usually is only at affectionate mood when relaxed." She apologized for the Primeape's manners.[break][break]

Thomas chuckled at her remark. "I can tell you a lot of it centered around us getting into brawls with different delinquent gangs. I was the one who typically kicked in the Beedrill's nest, especially if they were the type to fuck with innocent people.", Thomas recalled to her.

"Thank you, I look forward to checking it out."

Ripper took notice to the Primeape sizing him up. The Scizor grinned, eager for a challenge.

"Nothing to apologize for, not all Pokemon do affection.", Thomas remarked. "Ripper here, for example, is not the type to cuddle at all. He lives and breathes combat. I've got plenty of others, some who are like him, and some who can be more affectionate.", Thomas remarked, grinning at the Scizor. "Hell, I have an Annihilape who's in a similar boat to Zeus.", he added with a chuckle.

"In fact, if it's more to Zeus' liking, my fighters would be happy to include him in their sparring sessions. They hone their skills in battle, in a safe and supervised setting.", Thomas offered.

"Sounds like a great way to live a friendship!" Thea laughed heartily. She didn't have many friends that could keep up with her shenanigans, so she didn't experience what Thomas and Noah did yet. But perhaps that could change someday.[break][break]

"Oh woah, you have an Annihilape? I don't think I've ever seen one in person..." Thea pondered about it. She has only seen them in the TV, and their gaze gave her shivers in her spine, with her faint aversion to Ghost pokémons. At the offer, Zeus oinked determined, and Thea glanced at him with a shrug.[break][break]

"I think if I don't give him a spar today, especially with Noah not showing up, he will be very mad at me." She teased looking at Zeus, who promptly looked at her with a stoic expression, crossing his arms as if protesting that he would be so childish as she was claiming he would be.[break][break]
