It had been three days since Kokou had entered this cave. He was searching for a rare Pokemon, a Lucario. It was rumored that Steel type Pokemon swarmed around this area, and with all the recent rain, Kokou needed shelter, so into the cave he went. He had entered the cave thinking he would only be there for a few hours, but the rain persisted and it would seem that he would get stuck in the cave for days. Kokou didn't mind though, there were plenty of signs of rare Pokemon rumbling around the cave, and he had a few spare PokeBalls if something caught his eye. The Team Rocket Associate was hoping to find buried treasure in this cave.

While turning a corner, Kokou heard the sounds of something that was not a Pokemon. He pulled out his gun, worried that it was perhaps the law hunting him down, and shined his flashlight quickly around the corner. To Kokou's surprise, he was face to face with another trainer. Not sensing any danger, Kokou put the gun down and muttered, "Sorry about that." He had been in the cave for awhile and was on edge. Normally he was slightly more friendly than that, but not much. He forced a chuckle out, trying to lighten the mood. "Good to meet ya here. Hunting for Pokemon?" Kokou had a raspy voice for his age. "My name is Kokou. You wanna walk around with me? I've been searching these caves for Pokemon for a few days, camping in here and everything. I know around." Kokou was glad to get some company, talking to his Munchlax all day had him going insane.

When he turned right into a flashlight and a gun in his face. Not that it bothered him, Raju was well into striking range. That said, the guy backed off with an apology. Brownie still looked eager for a fight. But Raju still lowered his fist. The five foot six blond nodded in response to the question. Raju wasn't much one for words, he typically used gestures or actions. The guy looked young in what little light he could see in, but the raspy voice made him think much older. Introducing himself as Kokou, the black clad man likewise introduced himself. "Raju." He also nodded in response to the question, though still had his guard up. He didn't know the kid, and how many people are armed with firearms? His Paldean Wooper made a "pa" sound and jumped off.

Brownie had spotted something. Then had to jump to avoid a huge, glowing horn. A Heracross! Brownie's tail glowed purple to use Poison Jab, slamming in the middle of the Pokemon's back. The bug spun around and Tackled his little guy. Only to get a right hook from Raju himself, then poisoned via Toxic, the Paldean Wooper having jumped onto his trainer then up again. The bug tried to use another Megahorn, this time on Raju himself. The gym trainer leaned back, grabbing the overgrown beatle's arms, and directed it into the ground. Brownie used another Poison Jab, getting the Heracross unstuck and slamming it into the wall. Taking out a Pokeball, Raju threw it.
