THE BRIEFING

ROCKET HAS ALLOWED members of the S.P.E.C.T.R.A. Initiative to aid their training with the legendary Pokemon, Galarian Zapdos. The S.P.E.C.T.R.A. Initiative is allowed to find promising Rockets or other S.P.E.C.T.R.A. agents in order to test their mettle against this powerful Pokemon.

Galarian Zapdos are fierce fighters. Their kicks can decimate even the most durable of structures, and their running speed is blindingly fast. Thanks to oscar clayton and THEO BECKETT—and the events of "Goodbye Galar"—this Pokemon has allied itself with Team Rocket.

S.P.E.C.T.R.A. Initiative agents include anyone who is trained as part of the S.P.E.C.T.R.A. Initiative, including Head Overseers and Administration, as well as those who have passed the S.P.E.C.T.R.A. exams and other trials and assessments.

As stated above, S.P.E.C.T.R.A. Initiative agents may choose to bring promising Rockets who are not within the initiative. These characters must have at least 200 POSTS.
