[attr="class","emapkmn"]Zilph is still thinking about a name that would suit her better than, well, Zilph. After having told Sylph, Lutgarde's Togekiss, that she would go on a soul-searching-and-finding mission, the Togekiss merely wished her good luck and left her to her devices. It's truly a blessing to have such a hands-off approach, especially since ... she really can't with the name.

However, it's because of her being deep in her thoughts that she doesn't predict the next unpredictable happenings. And huh- Before she could actually react, she's suddenly atop a mount, a Skiddo, who jumps. Immediately, she reaches out forward to grab the Skiddo's fur, before Calm Mind rushes out from her in an attempt to regain some inner peace.

"!!! What?!" Her face right now is quite meme-worthy, but the Skiddo unfortunately couldn't see it. "One tad slower, girlie pal, please and thank you-!"

[attr="class","emapkmn"]It seems that Zilph is the only one affected by the Calm Mind, seeing as the Skiddo is still as excited as before. Now, with a calmer mind, however, the Gothorita is able to compose herself and take this opportunity as a chance for ... something. She does like that the Skiddo seems to want to take her places, even if he unfortunately couldn't assist with this particular problem.

"I am grateful for the slowing down, but I'm also afraid ... my journey is a spiritual one. I'm looking for a name for me, and I'm afraid that a physical place might not help," she replies gracefully, even if the Skiddo might not see it, as she adjusts her seating. "But oh! Maybe your favourite place will do. Maybe my surroundings might assist in my endeavours."

[attr="class","emapkmn"]"... I do have one. I just don't like it." Zilph's voice is resrved now, thinking on their terrible, terrible name. As much as she generally likes Lutgarde, that name is just hideous and not befitting a princess, lady like her!

"ONTO A NAME!" Zilph then actually joins into the Skiddo's chant, clinging onto the grass type so she wouldn't be thrown off. "What is your name, anyway? Do you have a trainer even, at all?" she asks. There's plenty of pokémon still that roam around freely, and she isn't sure if that pokémon here would be part of it. "And where do we go to?" She knows she just told him he could go anywhere, but she likes knowing things in advance, still, too.

[attr="class","emapkmn"]The Skiddo's words actually strike a chord within the Gothorita as she nods. "Yes, of course! That's not my real name! My real name is yet to be discovered!" Zilph would not accept this fate just like this !! Only because Lutgarde is bad at naming doesn't mean she has to be!!

And truly, with the Galarian Rapidash and everyone else, really, the name's almost decent. Except maybe the Grimmsnarl Zylf ... but why could she not have a better name than this mass of hair? She deserves to !! She has all the bows to go with a good name, too.

She is quite surprised to find that they actually approach a home ... and one that isn't locked, either. "That doesn't seem safe," she remarks, before being startled by the Skiddo's clumsy maneuvring of the same. Oh my god, are they breaking and entering right now ... !!

How ... thrilling.

Indeed, the Gothorita doesn't seem to have inherited Lutgarde's morals at all, always chasing the good story. They are at least not entirely caught up, so they could use Psychic to put things back into their place without lifting a finger or leaving the spot on Pryderi's back. And then ... "Oh my. That's ... perfect." For as good as Psychic powers are, what are they if they fall on a (bless their soul) simple mind?

"They will have to understand now !!"

.. but. Understand what, exactly? She still doesn't know her real name.

[attr="class","emapkmn"]It's a relief that this isn't just a random home that they've just invaded, so the naming mission could be in full swing !! The Skiddo Pryderi helpfully provides a sheet of paper and the necessary utensils that Zilph could use using her mind powers since she does not have opposed thumbs and couldn't actually grab anything. What a weird state of being indeed ...

But! No time to spend dwelling on that as they need to find a name!

"Oh, yes ... I think we can ... I like this letter ... and that ..." She points at different letter characters in the book, and they carefully start copying them. Because, as life has it, and as clever as the Gothorita might be, as cunning and smart. She has never learned how to read either.

...

And so she doesn't know that the name she is writing down eventually is Zil. With some dots in the beginning and the end since she isn't satisfied with how it looks as of now, either. But, a step in the right direction that should hopefully help Lutgarde to find her real name !!!
