 Selena took all the liberties she needed to customize her character the way she deemed fit. There's only problem with her design, and that is her wand. Out of all things, why a wand? Well, she knew they were always the go-to weapon of mages like her in video games. And it was only recent that she figured she can customize how her "wand" would look like.

Wands did not always have to look like a wand. They can take the form of other things like a book, a scroll, or a rapier. A rapier. That was certainly interesting.

She got the idea from her first battle royale experience. The warrior and the rogue surely mocked her for her strategy of evasion and clever use of tactics. But she wanted to prove something to them that she's not just a long-range witch. She could brawl tooth and nail, too.

And so going to a rural village in the kingdom, the green haired witch decided to try out her new weapon with her newly acquired skills from the treasure trade.

"Is that a--" Selena's eyes widened at the sight of an oddly-colored snorunt. How often does she come across with one in real life? She doesn't. And yet virtual reality plays with her luck once more.

"Too bad, I really wanted to catch you. But I guess this is just how it goes." Selena positioned her rapier vertically in-front of her, her voice uttering, "INFERNO," softly as the blade became covered with cerulean, fiery glow. She pointed the steel towards the shiny snorunt as the creature became engulfed in a devilish blaze. Selena could make out the melting image of the monster just before it pixelated and pronounced killed by the B&B interface.

"Alright. I'm already liking this rapier. Let's look for more creatures to destroy."


SELENA uses INFERNO at SNORUNT.

The next spawn appeared. A vanillite.

Selena tried a different approach this time. The witch launched herself into the ice-type before conjuring a fire spell. "INFERNO." As the blade touched its flesh, flames surrounded the steel and perished the poor vanillite in azure flames.

"That's not bad." Selena consoled herself.


SELENA uses INFERNO at VANILLITE.

Selena took a couple of steps backward. As soon as the vanilluxe spawned in her training grounds, small clouds of hailstorm started hitting and slowing the witch. She acknowledged the creature is far more powerful than her previous encounters.

Her avatar imitated he early action at the shiny snorunt. Calling upon the power of fire, the INFERNO swiftly surrounded the mage with cerulean wisps that summoned a huge blaze underneath the vanilluxe.

"Perish at the hands of Fire Master." Selena told the AI, although she knew more than anyoune that the melting vanilluxe would not even understand her gloating.
