Remiel looks up at the old couple on the ridge with his customary placid look. There had been conversations before, including the one they'd had tonight. But those two were perhaps the most mysterious people he'd met in Hoenn so far.

And that included Isra Nightingale.

"If they're hiding something, they're very good at it." The young royal replied, lowering his gaze to his partner. "I'm afraid there's nothing for us here. Certainly nothing for our employer. Unless he approves the use of lethal force. But we can at least investigate the strange happenings here, I suppose."

Just as he suggests so, of course, one of those strange happenings presents itself in the form of two wild pokémon emerging from the bush.

The Igglybuff floats along carelessly in the air until, inevitably, its course causes its bump into Remiel's Sinistea. Earl Grey is slightly startled by its inability to stop, but excuses himself anyway as he floats off to create some distance. The Igglybuff giggles in response, then continues to float away elsewhere.

All the while, Remiel regards Noivern that Marcel has chosen to bring into this secluded area. "You don't suppose they could be remnants of the old organization... do you?" He inquiries, analyzing the dragon-bat in the meantime. "For someone to have no history on record... it seems like they very well could be."

The next Fairy-type that appears to them proves to be far more meddlesome than the Igglybuff. Standing at the edge of a nearby ridge, the Clefable manipulates the Gravity surrounding Earl Grey in a playful attempt to ground him from the sky. He struggles against it, and does his best to escape the technique with Phantom Force. When he isn't given a chance to prepare and execute it, however, Remiel brings the encounter to an abrupt end when he casts an empty luxury ball at it.

Meanwhile, the young royal resumes the conversation he's been having with his partner. "Well, they weren't always so old, were they? And to lack a paper trail like they do... that requires some effort."
