sengoku pounded his own stomach with his mighty claws with a belly drum to signal the teams rush to break down all the targets that were in front of them. while he was being the team's hypeman it was kaz himself who would make the first display of pure muscle power by chopping a several wooden boards with ease one after another. it wasn't that hard to believe if one simply gazed upon his buff body after all. "c'mon folks! i wanna see ya sweating by the end of this!" he called out to his teammates as he rushed ahead and kicked another wooden board in two with his own foot while his charizard gave chase swinging around his tail as well.

Orion's Snorlax takes up an obnoxious amount of space on the course, and the councilman offers an apologetic glance to his teammates as he does his best to peer around the normal-type's bulk at the course ahead.[break][break]

When prompted, Snorlax DRUMS ITS BELLY and lets out a deep, sleepy laugh. It's honestly quite terrifying, but not as much as when the massive Pokemon begins to roll toward a line of targets. Well, it was certainly one way of getting things done.[break][break]

Ruby let out a calm breath, taking in the sights of this specific challenge. Another obstacle course, but this one with targets to break instead of attempting to dodge and run around them. With the perfect Pokemon in mind for this, Ruby simply nodded as she stood next to her Chesnaught.

The powerful pokemon was quick to also slam its fists onto its stomach as it hyped itself up for the challenge, using Belly Drum. It looked like it hurt, but the sheer amount of excitement on Cherry's expression was absolutely undeniable. "Let's do this!" Ruby suddenly charged forwards with Cherry. While her fist certainly didn't break walls down, and the sting hurt like crazy, Cherry immediately bursting through and continuing to charge felt incredibly powerful.

Razz felt a knot forming in his stomach, this was definitely setting off warning bells for his anxiety however he was determined to try and work on that. This was a test of strength both for his mental health and literally his physical strength. All his other partners had big pokemon but Razz felt he could muster with his newer partner. He looks down to Dijon pumping his own chest which the guts pokemon responded with using Belly Drum before Razz motioned for him to follow. [break][break]

The two followed behind as one after the other his team mates took down targets as some pillars came in the way Razz had Dijon jump on him before the young trainer pushed him forward with his own strength as the Makuhita punched through the pillars with it's own strength and his trainers. like a wingull on freaking fire sengoku flew through some of the larger wooden dummies as his body was on fire thanks to a flare blitz. it was really just for him to show off just how "cool" he was and show up his own teammates to prove to them that he was of the strongest bunch. Kazimir on the other hand would say that the snorlax was probably the strongest just for the very obvious reason that he was quite the large pokemon. still it was probably kazimir who was a bit more impressive when compared to the other trainers as he was able to bust through a rusting steel wall with a heavy shoulder tackle. "ow...gonna feel that in the morning."

Where most Pokemon and trainers opted to punch and kick their way through obstacles, Snorlax seems determined to flatten them under its weight. It's slow roll continues to build speed, and soon Orion's having to jog slightly to keep up with him.[break][break]

To think he'd once called his Munchlax "little guy"![break][break]

"Woah!" Ruby's eyes widened as she kept to the side as a Snorlax was practically rolling through the whole course. That was a huge Pokemon! With wide eyes and an excited smile, she was quick to continue on. Cherry's arms were slamming through all the obstacles in the way, Needle Arm absolutely shredding through everything in the way. Perhaps she should use them in combat more often! Sure, the wooden splinters and the rock rubble that was left behind was a bit difficult to climb over, but the race wasn't going to finish itself!

Razz had to quickly pull his pokemon to the side as the small fighter was too proud of his own job to even notice the Snorlax just busting by. Dijon looked offended though as he jumped out of his trainer's arms fist up as he was saying something, if Razz had to guess it was something along the lines of not wanting to be behind cause he was the smallest. With a war cry Dijon chased after the pack using Close Combat to destroy things left over but were still in the way for the trainers to at least try to make it easier for them. Dijon may not be big but he was no less tougher than the others! Watching his enthusiasm Razz couldn't' help but wonder how his always ended up so much more energetic than him.

the charizard's tail was surprisingly strong as it was able to crack a boulder in half like it was a walnut. the feat was so impressive kazimir had to blow a whistle to admire it. "dang sengoku, you've been working out haven't you? with a tail like that we might be able to take on the elite four after this no problem." the charizard roared in agreement as he then took one half of the boulder and picked it up before smashing his head against it, cracking it into smaller pieces that got a look of terror from kaz instead of one of pride. what kind of monster was his charizard?

At this point, Orion's running, doing his best to keep up with the Snorlax whose momentum picks up like a snowball rolling down a hill.[break][break]

With their team of reckless belly drummers, they're absolutely crushing the course. Quite literally, in Orion's case, the councilman wincing at the splintering of wood beneath Snorlax's bulk and reminding himself to check the big boy for splinters later.[break][break]

Unlike others, Orion feels no need to attempt any of the targets himself. Even if he just tried one of the wooden boards, he'd be more likely to break his hand than the target.[break][break]

This course was much longer than it looked from an outsider's perspective. How many more obstacles were in the way? Honestly, she was beginning to lose track of how many rocks, sheets of metal, and giant logs that Cherry had absolutely blasted through. Just running after the powerful pokemon was leaving her almost out of breath.

"Hold on!" Ruby called out to her Pokemon as it slammed it's Needle Arm through another giant wooden structure, suddenly pausing and turning to look at Ruby. She was quick to leap onto their back, and immediately Cherry understood and charged forwards once again.

Another obstacle down, and yet another obstacle in the way[break][break]

Razz could barely wrap his head around the fact on how much this course was longer than the others. Was it because of the strength? No that didn't seem right. As the wooden planks came down in the way Dijon cleared through them easily enough, the guts pokemon ensuring to put enough force to leave no wood behind to show that it was not going to the weakest of the bunch. "Conserve your energy Dijon," Razz was quick to order to which the little fighter looked confused. "achyaaaaa!" another stack of ice boards were broken by kaz as his hand started to sting from the freezing cold he was subjecting them to. rubbing them together he watched as his charizard walked up next to him as another stack was set up and the charizard let out a snort and a smug grin at his trainer as he swung his tail to break more of the ice with little to no effort, not even a drop of condensation was left on his tail. "oh yeah yeah, rub it in big guy. i can still finisher faster than you." the blonde playfully said as he sprinted ahead and kneed a training dummy that sprang up in front of him and knocked it off the stand as he hit the ground running with his charizard waddling right behind him.
