Hendrix almost coughs up his drink when states that he’d probably scare off potential trainers from his very presence and while his affiliation with Team Rocket isn’t known to him, the very thought of it is just comical.

”Yeah, you definitely got that bad boy look.” he says with an arched eyebrow as if he were checking the man out.

He chugs down the remaining alcohol within his can, setting it down against the table. ”On a brighter note, you’ll definitely be better at the job than Bryan here.” he chuckles.

Upon alert, the Pokken Rider jumps forward, his hands pulled back as orbs of water begin to form in front of them. He slams his hands together into grand and into the hole that the Dugtrio dug under as a massive torrent of water floods out and into the tunnels. The torrent is rapid, much like dam water being rerouted.

The ground beneath them begin to shake as water begins to drown out the tunnels. "We need some extra pressure! Have your Eevee use copycat again!" he demands, the idea of having two simultaneous HYDRO PUMPS drown out all the Dugtrio.

From citizen to ranger, it truly seems like the man is obsessed with the role as he even refers to him as such. Shaking his head, the Pokken Rider looks at Razz almost vacantly. "It's Pokken Rider. Anyways, thanks for the assist!"

With his job complete, it's time for him to venture off to new sights and potentially more dangers. And just like that, the hero promptly runs off.

"I wouldn't mind giving it another beating." he says condescendingly to the Slaking, quickly catching onto the man's hidden intent. The ape, struggling to get to its feet actually looks fearful towards the pair, and with a few grunts, it begins wobbling away.

Feeling rather content over the situation, the helmeted vigilante looks over to the newcomer. "Nice job, citizen." he says, unaware that the man is actually a ranger.

Hendrix can’t help but feel slightly disappointed over his team composition, but what more can he expect when he’s not the one actually fighting? Reaching out a pokeball, he recalls the Doppeltile back into its pokeball, giving the pink-haired woman a smile.

”I forfeit!” he suddenly calls out.

Putting the Pokeball away, he looks over at the woman. ”You’ve given me some food for thought. I’ll definitely need to come back with some proper strategies.”

Giving her a casual wave, he begins walking away. ”It was nice meeting you Selena!”

Trying to hold the Dugtrio together with a string shot is smart; however, after some quick and comprehensive thinking, he's managed to come up with a plan. Looking over at the blonde, he looks over at her. "You're pretty smart... Think you can help me out here?" he asks, trying to appease to the woman.

"Think you can analyze the moment a Dugtrio digs downwards? Let's take them out with one shot." he says, trying to allude to the fact that he'll pump water through the Dugtrio and Diglett's tunnel system to take them out in one fell swoop.

The Pokken Rider grins; though the woman isn’t able to see it thanks to his masked face. ”You can call me the Pokken Rider.” he says as a homage to Hoenn’s very on ’s Pokkenger.

Inwardly happy that the child is safe and sound and that she’s managed to reunite with her mother, the Pokkenger has very little else to do – instead looking over towards one of the nearby roofs and spotting a Wingull perched at the edge.

Looking back at the redheaded woman, he gives her a casual salute with his index finger before disappearing in a flash of yellow as he and the wingull exchange places through the use of ALLY SWITCH. Now at a distance, the hero takes off.

Seeing the multiple Sceptile charge at the newly emerged copycat, Hendrix holds a hand out. ”Counter!” he demands.

Lunging out towards the multiple sceptile, the Copycat keeps its composure, waiting for the real on to strike at it as it quickly retaliates, swiping at it with its own CROSS POISON in hopes of exchanging blows.

The redhead winces slightly at the thought, but this seems par the course towards how the pokemon would react considering it occasionally acts as his double when he runs around as the Pokken Rider.

The Slaking is momentarily stunned by the Meowstic’s unexpected attack – giving the Pokken Rider enough time to swap the electronics within his belt buckle. His suit glowing with a white outline powers up with the power of FACADE as he reaches out to grab the slaking by the arm, lifting it over his shoulders as he slams it down with an over the shoulders throw.

The large ape lets out a muffled groan as it lands onto its back, writhing in pain as it didn’t expect a human of all people being able to over power it.

The masked vigilante looks over to the ranger, giving him a slight thumbs up. ”Thanks for the assist.” he says, acknowledging the man’s help. He then looks down at the Slaking. ”What do you think? Had enough?” he taunts the pokemon.

The ground begins to shake as multiple Dugtrio use Earthquake against them. The Pokken Rider is quick to leap towards the woman, using the power spot and battery to supercharge his barrier as he attempts to PROTECT the group from the partial collapse from the cave.

Rocks roll off the barrier as he lets out a sigh of relief, looking over to the familiar, ditzy girl. "Are you alright?" he asks in concern over her wellbeing.

Looking back over to the multiple Dugtrio, he frowns knowing that they're resilience is a bad match for his suit's capabilities. Pointing a palm out, he fires another HYDRO PUMP at another Dugtrio, knocking it out slightly. He'd have to think hard to figure out how get out of this mess - especially with multiple Dugtrio around.

His brows wrinkle close together beneath his helmet as he silently notes the eagerness in the woman’s tone – his experiences with Interpol telling him that she was fishing for information just like him.

”What’re you looking for here? Answer the question.” he demands, remaining cautious that the woman might suddenly attack him.

Yet, rather than preemptively wait, the carbon copy opposite of him suddenly holds out a hand, unleashing a THUNDER WAVE at the woman in an effort to halt her movements. As it does this, the real Pokkenger braces for impact, erecting a barrier to PROTECT himself from the Klinklang’s potential retaliation.

The hero lets out a sigh of release when the woman grabs ahold of the terrified little girl, pulling her to safety. As he pulls his hands back from the torn down door, he quietly follows after them to ensure their safety should anything else suddenly fall from the sky.

As the two exit out from the burning temple, more rangers have arrived by now to combat the flames – their pokemon working in unison to put out the inferno.

Without saying much, he simply pats the woman on the shoulder, giving her a thumbs up. ”You did a good job.” he says, letting her original objective of finding the scrolls slide.
