she glanced at the young lady from Kalos, having been randomly assigned to partner with her. despite the lingering rowdiness of the bar, she was ready to get back to the tournament. "Yuki" she calls her Froslass to set the stage "Hail."

the snowstorm immediately was called, a small flurry to drift across the stage. the Froslass' Snow Cloak activated as a result. the two young men they were battling had a Pikachu and a Riolu as targets.

"Hurricane."

Siobhan's only order for this round came as a slight shock to Kabuki. he quickly got over it, flapping his wings aggressively as the Copied Air Slash shot back at him. the scythe of wind got lost in the kicked up air, equally aggressive as it shot toward the Riolu.

unfortunately, a bit of the stage was damaged by the assault. carefully laid stones and dirt got blown around, the circular Pokeball design in the center cracking with the wind's damage.

but the target was the Riolu as the Hurricane whipped around the stage, aiming for it next.

the beam of ice shot toward Lorelai, who took it. Siobhan made no call to dodge, so the little cotton ball would also take it with stride. a wince and little cry accompanied it.

"Moonblast" commands the human and the Pokemon would comply. a concentrated ball of fairy energy shot toward the Tyranitar, trying to deal damage.

the best thing about the tiny cotton-ball? "Giga Drain" Siobhan commands once the Flamethrower hits the Whimiscott. Lorelai would shriek in pain but - she wasn't down for the count. harsh green-yellow light emitted from the fairy.

it began to leech energy from the Tyranitar, adding to it's own health pool while subtracting from Killian Decker 's Pokémon. this needn't be a long and drawn out fight, but Siobhan was curious to see the man's power.

"go, Lorelai" she commands, taking out a Whimiscott to do battle. the fairy-grass cotton-ball would trill in greeting, floating to the ground. seeing as Killian Decker gave her the first reaction she would take it a step forward to use the first move. "Cotton Guard."

glowing a deep emerald green, the Whimiscott's ivory tuffs expanded over her. shoots of yellow energy indicated the effects of the move; raising her defense against the physical move dealing Tyranitar. 

Siobhan inclined her head to the man. his move.

a few wins under her proverbial belt felt... good.

she scanned the crowd, trying to pluck out someone she hadn't battled yet. her eyes settle on the form of Killian Decker . a fellow Rocket, but one that was leagues above her in experience. she would approach the man.

"having a good time?" she asked him when in ear shot. the roars of many spectators for many battles was almost deafening. she stops in front of Killian, her neutral expression wondering if he felt she would be a good match.

it started to work.

another barrage of Hydro Pumps shot toward the magma, cooling it and preventing disaster. she would spot Remiel Calcifet in the field, out of the corner of her eye. but this reaction is pulled away before anything could transpire. the beams of sunlight shoot toward the group gathered. Siobhan is quick to pull out not her Froslass but her Toxapex. he would sit on top of the Dragapult's head upon arrival.

"use Baneful Bunker!" she manages to gasp, her eyes focused on the Solar Beams above their heads. the Artificial Sun expands as well. it really is like the end of days, brought on by a god. was this truly the end? Tyrant the Toxapex heeded the orders, shooting up a wall of poisonous energy to protect them from harm. or at least, that was the plan. above their heads, the Hail raged on aided by a Rain Dance.

it was over in a flash of psychic energy.

Siobhan had prepared herself for the Raichu, only to be vaguely disappointed she wouldn't get to capture one or two. but she supposes Rocket had plenty of thundering stones to use, tucked neatly away, to evolve the Pikachu she captured.

collecting the spheres, she would say nothing to Killian at first. bending over, she scooped a few into her bag before straightening. "thank you" she says to both of them, though she doubted she was much help.

the Espeon was quite powerful indeed. it could have easily made quick work of the Pikachu before she came along. but a job was a job; she had contributed as well "I shall be going then" Siobhan adds pointingly.

time to deliver those Pokeballs full of Pikachu back to Rocket.

she notices the sparkling gems.

"Dark Pulse" Siobhan orders quickly. the Spiritomb hops over the captured bodies of the Pikachu before shooting a web of inky blackness out, taking a few of the Pokemon nearest to the power line out. "don't let them evolve."

because if they did, it would be a hassle. too many powered and charged Raichu were aggressive. "Hypnosis" Siobhan adds, making a few more fall asleep. she is quick to lob Pokeball after Pokeball, thinning the herd.

Killian does not speak. Siobhan had him pegged already for a man of few petty words. he seemed the type to only speak when required. this was fine. she would rather focus than idly chat with someone she barely knew.

"Shadow Ball" she commands quietly to the Spiritomb. a ball of dark energy shoots from the ghost's flat surface, hitting a few Pikachu. she is quick to capture them as well. strength in numbers seems to be their tactics.

they are weaklings one-on-one.
