the ancient beast would rise from the foliage, though Siobhan was mystified as to what the turtle was doing here she also did not need it. a water-type was found in her Primarina; she did not need more. turning sharply to avoid it, she'd be on her way.

one more sweep and that was all the time she could afford this excursion. Sinistea would look back on the wild fossil before drifting after Siobhan, sticking a tongue out playfully. the turtle did not so much as glance at the human and her Pokémon.

someone in the crowd (nobody she knew or recognized) was screaming shots, shots, shots! a waiter came with some of them, offering to the crowd. Siobhan hesitated when her turn was made. she took a whopping three shots, balancing them on the beach table she managed to snag for herself. placing the shots down, she was no stranger to doing them. sometimes, back then, there was one or two little

Siobhan wasn't trying to impress anyone. the woman was trying to loosen up, perhaps get that 'liquid courage'... she recognized a few Rockets in the crowd; but she wasn't very concerned with them. she barely knew them. once the three were finished, she felt a slight buzz. yep, she was a total lightweight.

Mawile were quite common in Hoenn, she regretfully turned a blind eye to the beast. it begins to walk away, briefly staring at the human before knowing Siobhan gave it no harm. though powerful and even Mega-evolved capable, she could do better.

Siobhan had to believe that, anyway. walking further along the Route, her Sinistea made an appearance. Mori trilled softly, which sounded more like a mournful coo that was endearing to her. with some company now, she waited for something else to show itself.

a few more Pokémon would join her team, and she was slowly building rapport with Rocket. it was time to hunt down some wild beasts again. a week had passed, giving the untamed ample time to recover from past experience. Siobhan had this in mind as she walked around Route 115 alone. trailing after her was a few of her ghosts, their presence a calming one as the stuck to the shadows and behind foliage.

they'd come out if they were called, or if their trainer was in danger no doubt. hearing tell of fairy and dragon types along this route, she would search for them. knowing her luck, she could walk away empty-handed. but she would be quick about it, not draw attention to her failure. move on as elegantly as possible. Siobhan glances around, focusing on the brush as it shook before her.

Mori comes back, shaking her little teacup head. it seemed the bulk of the security was on the front gate. unknown to anyone who spoke Pokémon, the Sinistea would mess with some of the electrical wiring, turning off the camera in the lobby.

that gave them time until a security guard noticed it was out. no alarm blared to life while Cian worked though. "mhm." she doesn't want to say much to identify them. even with the visuals off, the audio was still rolling.

but it is an accepting murmur. all he had to do was call on her when in Slateport.

that children's rhyme stayed with her in this. Siobhan sighed inwardly as she faced the man, all eager to begin. with her was Gravedigger the Dusknoir. he stood as the main offense. Selkie the Primarina clapped her flippers happily, on defense. and finally Lich the Dragapult... he was drifting along.

being Lich, she supposed.

"ready" Siobhan says, giving a curt nod to Zac. how did she get roped into this again? she supposes it was a welcome respite from the battling. the Pokemon were enjoying themselves and it hadn't started yet. good. she forces a thin smile before turning back to the other human, waiting for the ball. they all got into position.

Siobhan utters at first, glancing out the passenger's window. she props her chin upon a palm, looking listless. kill someone over one little Pokémon job? she didn't think there was a reason for it. the woman would not talk. if she ended up screwing Rocket over after the job was done...? the grunt doubted she'd be the one paying the redhead a visit.

"I have not" she replies to Raphael "though I doubt my hands will remain unpainted for long." there was no need to ask if he had; for she had an inkling the man had indeed killed a few people. or had a hand in it. Siobhan did not particularly care; she always judged others based on their actions around her. there were many reasons not to kill the woman outside of the Pokémon Center.

just as someone may say there were many reasons to kill her. but Siobhan dimly thought that it was lazy to just off someone because you could. flaunting power over another being was just a perk of being human, she supposed.

Selkie the Primarina was on the case. she had been sent by her trainer to clean the streets of Hoenn's Slateport. she flops rather awkwardly around before unleashing her water moves on the graffiti that plagued the walls of one building.

curious like a water mammal, she tilts her head at the broad and colorful display. only the arrival of others helping caused Selkie to break out of her stupor. she aims a Hydro Pump at the wall, effectively washing it.

as they began to search the medical bay, she would gloss over the various heavy tomes behind display glass in cabinets. medical textbooks, bought legally due to the funding Rocket received. these were college and university bound books; not cheap print you find at a bookstore in a town.

"a few months" Siobhan would reply to Killian, looking curiously at the wall on the opposite side of the bay. it seemed slightly colder - the air it was giving off was cold, that is "one of ours helped smuggle me into Hoenn." though she hadn't done much 'work' before now.

mostly office jobs, as a lowly grunt. paper and more paper. they had her filing it at the Galarian Embassy, due in part to Remiel Calcifet's influence. "Rocket also paid my student loans off" she informs Killian idly "so I work for them to repay the debt." a hand placed against the wall.

Dreepy leans in as she does, sticking a tongue out. it trills to no one in particular before a roar rocked the bay. an answer. Siobhan continues as if nothing happened. "they recently placed me on 'active duty'..." which meant hands-on experience.

"go after it, Lich" she commands to the Dreepy. it trills again before zipping into the wall, vanishing.
