Even with the MAX STEELSPIKE, it matters little compared to the jetstream of HYDRO PUMP that flies through the air, and strikes a now shrinking Gordo, knocking him completely off his game, and now, tiny again, on his last legs.[break][break]

Gordo was practically getting stomped through this whole match, but now wasn't the time to surrender. Genny calls out, arm outstretched. "Slam'em with the spin dash, buddy!"[break][break]

Hopefully, they could keep it going. With one helluva running start, Gordo makes a SAND RUSH EMPOWERED ROLLOUT, to go as fast, and hit as hard, as he can.[break][break]

The question comes as a little... odd. Genny finds her head tilt to the side, and looks to Gordo, who looks back at her with the same expression. Part of her felt the need to completely trick him. But Genny shakes her head.[break][break]

"Uh... no, I'm pretty sure Gordo's not a Pikachu... I can make him big, if you'd like!" She pulls out her Dynamax Bracelet, shakes it, and stuffs it back in her bag. "But we won't!"[break][break]

With the battle now underway, the redhead bobs on her feet, a little shimmy with her legs, as she calls out. "Snow to sand, and hit'em hard!" Gordo begins to utilize SANDSTORM, before beginning the first SAND RUSH EMPOWERED ROLLOUT of the match![break][break]

That would, hopefully, prove Gordo is not in fact, a Pikachu. Also. He was green.[break][break]

That friendship, that love between them. That was what the Girlygang was all about. And all Genny can do is smile brilliantly to add to that, teeth showing. Eating all of this, like how they did with the girlies over outside Mauville, that was the time Genny adored the most. Though, she too is spoken for, even with that the girlies were always her family.[break][break]

"You got it." She offers back. If her friend insisted to pay for the most expensive thing, Genny could at the least be content in her wallet not being so hurt after this tournament.[break][break]

The craziness of the PSYCHO CUT colliding with the ROLLOUT felt like a clash, and one that Gordo wasn't expecting. This fairy witch was such a powerful foe, she stopped Gordo's spinning with a ribbon arm, and that left Gordo quite perturbed.[break][break]

But. Then came the idea. The thing Genny was holding onto.[break][break]

"Gordo! Use all her speed against her!"[break][break]

With a leap upwards, the big armadillo attempted another ball-up move. A GYRO BALL, aimed squarely for the stomach. In an attempt to use all of Gloss' speed against her.[break][break]

That Absol knew exactly where to aim, and Genny's face was riddled with sweat, as she could feel her heart beating in her ear. As the STONE EDGE had done its damage to Gordo, the armadillo rolls backwards, wobbling on his last set of legs. He hadn't expected the Absol to see him coming, and neither did Genny.[break][break]

No matter what happened now... this would be it.[break][break]

"Use her speed against her, buddy!" With the SANDSTORM ending via Max Rockfall now... Gordo was slower. Meaning, a good GYRO BALL might take the W.[break][break]

Only time would tell though. Genny's grinning the whole time.[break][break]

He had that right. But for the wrong reasons, for sure. The trick that Genny figured out over her matches was that the big form was just the appetizer. Gordo had a force on the ground, and with the SANDSTORM thanks to the Max Rockfall still in play, it gave Gordo some room to breathe.[break][break]

Seeing the charge of green, Genny's face riddles with sweat. Solar Beam? Oh heck, was that little guy charging this whole time? In this weather?[break][break]

Unfortunately for Gordo, as he's hit with the blast midair, unable to fully fight against it, Genny calls out. "GORDO!" Only to be thankfully surprised, when he appears from the attack, in a balled form, and out of the way of the strike. AGILITY used to speed up, and now, racing on a ROLLOUT powered by SAND RUSH to close the distance and slapshot that little hedgehog.[break][break]

Gordo is so proud of himself, that as he's looking quite happy, he doesn't see the second ENERGY BALL! The look on the armadillo's face is one of abject fear, as the grassy green energy drains him. The Sandshrew's giant DYNAMAX form already was fading, but that hurt. Real bad.[break][break]

"Don't let them psych you out, buddy. One more rock show for the road!" Genny knew about the time limit of DYNAMAX, so as he claps his hands together for another MAX ROCKFALL, the little Sandshrew begins to shrink to normal size.[break][break]

No more reliance on overwhelming power.[break][break]

This was just a battle, straight-up now.[break][break]

Watching Gordo able to smack Pops out of the air, the small armadillo was able to make one helluva slapshot. But, even as the small cloud of sand and feathers kicks up, with the chirping from Pops, Genny could hear Lam's attack.[break][break]

"Match the hammer's speed with the immovable object!" And as per ordered, Gordo gains a sheen of steel on the green, as he hops up, intending to use all of Pop's speed against her.[break][break]

GYRO BALL and physics. Hopefully, Gordo was fast enough to get her down. He didn't have much stamina left in him.[break][break]

"I did! I-" never felt as pretty as I did there. A beat. "-really loved that party!" For a lot of reasons.[break][break]

Oh HECK. As the SURF begins to flood into the hole, Gordo's eyes widen, as he frantically begins a panicked digging, tearing up dirt to get to Tofu, the look on the Sandshrew's face one of pure terror, when he breaks open the earth, popping out of the hole with a SAND RUSH EMPOWERED ROLLOUT.[break][break]

As the spin dash goes, the tiny armadillo moves to slam into the Pikachu's back. Gordo hated water if it wasn't baths, and wasn't about to get one thanks to this Pikachu.[break][break]

"Good job Gordo!" Genny starts, turning back towards Ollie with a grin.[break][break]

Sheesh, it's so unbelievably cold out here. So chilly, and that White Kyurem was doing no one any favors. Thankfully, her addition to the battlefield seems to have been done at the right time. The attack of the interdimensional being, Hoopa, kept becoming problematic for the field, but at least they could hold their own.[break][break]

With Thomas Benoit , Elise Calcifet , and Yuina Higashi working on this bridge to get to the White Kyurem, they could provide everyone the footholds needed to attack more directly. Deciding now was as good as a time as any, what with having less eyes on them, Genny would take a step forward with Inferno Baby, and throw a hand out aimed at the dragon.[break][break]

Seeing PENELOPE LIVY 's Camerupt utilizing LAVA PLUME, Genny takes that as a means to assist. Another shot of lava will help take this dragon down. "I.B, keep the lava flowing." The Camerupt, frigid and cold, begins to fire out the same move, aimed around the wings, to clip it from flight.[break][break]

Ah. Finally, just getting to relax, Genny would throw her head back, as her and Gordo hung out at the park bench in Lilycove. Both of them were relaxing to some warm hot chocolate, with how cold it was. A light snow was falling all around, and Genny, for whatever reason, still wanted another match.[break][break]

So. Getting herself all put together, as the duo would take a nice relaxing sip, they spot another person walking in the park down the trail. She'd been challenged so much today, but managed to get away to enjoy her hot cocoa. But...[break][break]

With a wave out, not recognizing them at all, Genny calls out. "Hey there! Wanna battle?"[break][break]

Her and Gordo could use the workout!

This was the moment. The moment the MAX STRIKE comes, Gordo begins falls, attempting to dodge a brunt of it. The sheer size of the dynamax blast has Gordo spin out, thrown off his game, but with the added benefit of not being a direct hit, the Sandshrew begins to rev and spin, the SAND RUSH allowing him to go faster.[break][break]

"Keep moving! Hit and run tactics, Gordo!" And with it came the empowered ROLLOUT strikes done back to the massive Pikachu. Little by little, to chip away at the massive goliath of an electric mouse.[break][break]

Now the size of a smol armadillo, Gordo would find himself in the direct line of fire for the SKY ATTACK. In a moment of momentary fear, quickly it clicks. This was the perfect time for it.[break][break]

One hand out, as Pops would take that energy in, to stick the landing, and Genny calls out. "Spin dash!" With it, as Gordo hits the arena ground, he begins to rev up, balling up before dribbling like one, to smack into the Pidove with a SAND RUSH POWERED ROLLOUT.[break][break]

If nothing else? Even taking that attack dead on, Genny was confident Gordo would get the surprise.[break][break]

Uh-oh. This was... the first time this had ever happened. Genny's face riddled with sweat. Now that Aaron's Pikachu was Dynamaxing, she realizes how she'd thrown everything right out of the gate! Now that that Pikachu was big, Gordo had one more turn! But, he tanks that MAX GEYSER![break][break]

Returning it back, with a fading, and smol inducing MAX STEELSPIKE, a whole barrage of steel spikes to hurt the Pikachu's little toesie woesies.[break][break]

And now, landing on the ground, the goliath was on the other side of the arena. Oh boy.[break][break]
