She exited her tent, IRON CROWN trailing behind her.

Their mission: to take down an established camp by the Drk Triad. It was an order from above, not her own. A shame, truly, but it wasn't something she'd question if she was duly rewarded.

"Let's move."

[attr="class","cam"]"What, do you have a weak stomach? Surely this isn't the worst thing you've seen," Camellia commented with a small scoff, shaking her head. While he pulled the shirt up, she continued to approach it.

The Quaestor Lucis. What a fascinating lady. The door was rusted, but it still opened with a loud shriek.

Inside, she spotted plants that seemed to glow as if they were the lamps that once inhabited the belly of the ship. Camellia looked behind her, beckoning him. "Come on, then."

[attr="class","cam"]"It's just a thought," the assassin claimed, waving a dripping hand to the side as if the thought was a pesky fly. "Since you're so annoyed waiting for me to leave the bar." Her lips quirked in a smirk.

Though the seed had been planted. Whether or not Circe wanted to join mattered little to Camellia. It truly was simply a way for her to obtain her own selfish desires, no matter how short their relationship lasted.

"I never said I was involved. But wouldn't you like a bad girl?" She laughed. "Considering them. You know, the job just isn't cutting it for me. They're about making money, and if I have to get my hands a little dirty... well, what do you think?"

[attr="class","cam"]Camellia hadn't decided yet what she'd valued. On one hand, she wanted to see the world burn into chaos. She wanted to bring down the fall of avatars and let the world end as it should.

But, what was the point of living if it was under the foot of these Rocket fools?

Perhaps, if she simply played the part of cooperative grunt, she could simply get by and make them believe she was loyal to them. One day, she would bring them down.

Today was not that day, and she knew that.

"Call me a fool all you want. It means nothing to me." Camellia stood, cradling her arm. "You've made your point."

[attr="class","cam"]Camellia's dreams have gotten stranger and stranger each passing night, so much so that the assassin was afraid of falling asleep. She'd border on hours of not sleeping, walking around sleep-deprived with dark circles under her eyes, or, ARCEUS forbid, napping in random places due to exhaustion.

Even those strange naps were strange. All because she saw them.

Her victims. Every person she'd killed for Kalos, for Moulin Sang, Rocket, herself. They were all haunting her.

They would approach her, speaking nonsense she couldn't understand. It was as if they were speaking a foreign language that she couldn't understand, and each time she'd wake up covered in sweat with her heart pounding.

Until one night, he showed up. He was the one who'd killed her. He had taken her heart and ripped it into pieces, never to be seen again. Topher.

"What are you doing? What do you mean? Why are you here?" Camellia begged.

She woke up, not covered in sweat, and her heart was calm. However, when she woke, at her side was a folding pocket knife and a ROTOM PHONE. When she tried to use it, she only heard a phrase before it went static.

"WELCOME TO SEELE, TEN OF SWORDS"

Then, there was a loud clanking sound, growing faster and faster. Camellia turned, looking behind her. Another METAGROSS. "Shit. Get through the portal now, kid!"

Without much bravado, she shoved them through before following in suit.

He wanted to chain Camellia down like she was a dog. She was not to be controlled like that. She couldn't be controlled like. No, she wouldn't.

The Pokemon finally released her, and she gripped her wrist, shaking from pain. She could feel bones displaced under her skin as she tried to stand up.

"Good luck making me bow down to you."

[attr="class","cam"]Camellia released a relaxed sigh, her head slumping over to rest against hers. It was comfortable here. Warm and relaxing. She couldn't remember the last time she had released the ache of her muscles.

"Hey, now. I don't think they like people getting frisky in the baths, Circ," she teased, her head playing with aqua hair.

She laughed. "Of course we can discuss that. But I only ask because—" She ensured that no one was around before answering.

"That may be our shot to spending more time together."

[attr="class","cam"]Xenon held lofty views. Those views clashed with her own beliefs for the future, but her desires for everything to cease and end naturally were becoming more and more vague by the day, with the help of the avatars and the beasts of legend.

This wasn't how they were meant to live.

"To watch the world burn. Naturally," Camellia answered simply, deciding not to display her entire world view to the executive so easily. "Chaos is what drives the world and makes it go round."

Perhaps order was not allowed to exist in such a world.

"Can you get your beasts out of my space." Her own IRON CROWN released a motorized noise, whirring with displeasure.

She rolled her eyes, turning back to Plaisantin, until there was a cracking sound. Her head whipped toward the tera crystal, spotting it splitting apart. And then from the cracks...

"Is... that-?" Fire.

"Then what do the numbers mean? Is there anything significant that you've gotten from the tree?"

As she asked these questions, she paused. There wasn't a chance for her to continue, something catching her attention. The assassin raised her hand.

"Something's approaching the tree."

The pressure of the DHELMISE'S grip around her broken wrist released, causing her to let out a broken cry of pain as it was able to flex again. It was already bruising and swelling, but her other hand would do.

Camellia had half the mind to disobey, to charge and attack again. But, with a weapon she was all too familiar with aimed between her eyebrows... she recalled the RUNERIGUS, it's ghostly form disappearing into her Poke ball. She threw the ball away from her as a sign of obedience.

She did not release her glare from Cillian, burning hatred in her scarlet eyes.

It wasn't something she did often in Kalos, and she found her time too split between day work and night work to relax like this. However, at circe crowley's request and a day off from dorian westcliff, she was happy to oblige if it meant some relaxation and a chance to see the green-haired woman in a towel.

At her beckon, she dipped her toe in the water, humming as she slowly eased into the steamy pool below. It took a moment to get used to, her pale skin beginning to turn a rosy color as she sidled up beside her partner.

"I prefer you not coming to the bar. Less people trying to take you home before I get off my shift," Camellia said with a low chuckle, resting her back against the wall of the pool. She thought for a moment, before she spoke.

"Hey, you know team Rocket? What do you think about them?" she asked idly, throwing her arm over Circe's shoulder.
