A soft sigh of relief escapes from Airi's sweet lips the moment Desmond's kind words falls out of his mouth. Immediately, she finds herself becoming slightly more relax. "Ah, that's good to know. I do not want to come across as some weirdo who has a huge obsession with tea and coffee. I mean, there may be a little bit of an addiction, but I promise that I am not a weirdo or at least I do not believe that I am," she giggles, gently stirring her iced beverage around with her colorful straw. "And there is not wrong with buying tea when it is on sale. I love a good deal myself," she glances up from her iced coffee to make eye contact with Desmond for a few seconds as a gentle smile finds its way across her lips.

To be honest, Airi is not a stranger to the opposite sex being polite and respectful towards her. However, she does find it to be quite refreshing that Desmond's kindness and politeness seems to be a lot more authentic than some of the men that she has encountered over the years. Unfortunately, a lot of those individuals only behaved in that manner with high hopes that it would lead to something else between the two of them. However, the moment she decides to set clear boundaries with them or choose to reject their motives, those same individuals start to distance themselves from her. It is one of the reasons why she often takes extra precautions to protect her golden heart from others. "I was a little hesitate to first, but I am glad that I did not turn down your invitation," she adds, being completely open and honest with him.

Airi laughs at Desmond's remark about Hoenn's tropical weather. "Hopefully, you will get used to it and learn to love it as much as I do," she says with a smile before taking a slow draw from her iced coffee. "Luckily for you, you have a new cafe that you can visit to order beverages that will help you fight off the heat," she adds as a few more soft giggles escaped from her mouth.

"The Galar Region, huh? I see, that explains the accent," she smiles at him. She hopes that her comment does not offend him. She finds his accent to be quite charming. A farm boy, huh? Well, that explains his toned physique and humble persona. She thought to herself. "In that case, I do hope that you will discover a new passion here in the Hoenn Region. It is a beautiful region full of great possibilities," she smiles at him, her deep azure eyes locking eyes with his piercing orbs for a few times. Of course, a lot of dangerous events have also been happening around Hoenn, too. However, she chose not to disclose that information to him for the time being. She did not wish to kill the vibe or even worst scare him off.

"That is a great question. I enjoy visiting a lot of beaches around the region. In my opinion some of the best beaches in Hoenn can be found in Dewford, Slateport, Lilycove. So, be sure to add those places to your list of places to visit in Hoenn," she shared with him. "When I am not able to visit the beaches then I simply settle for enjoying ice cream or a freshing smoothie underneath a shaded tree," she adds, giving him a simpler option.

During her free evening, Airi had decided to take a quick trip to Littleroot Town. The former Beauty Trainer turned Ranger Nurse thought that it would be a good idea to add some new members to her team. Especially, since a lot of dangerous events have been happening around the Hoenn Region. As a ranger, it is a part of her duty to protect the Pokémon and citizens of Hoenn Region at all costs, even if it means putting herself in harm's way.

She chose to explore the route closest to Littleroot because it is a known fact that a lot of incredible grass, fairy, and normal types make their home in the peaceful, yet enchanting route. Normal types are quite useful due to their unique movepools and only being weak to fighting-type moves. Fairy and grass-types are popular because of their healing moves and abilities to cast various status conditions. Not to mention that she can also use them in other creative ways, too. Hopefully, she will encounter at least one of the three types on the routes before making her way back to Rustboro City.

"Clever man," Airi's says to Navy, a small, cunning smirk sliding across her full, luscious lips. At least she does not have to be too concerned with Navy not taking her serious during their mission. So far, he has shown her that he does have some faith in her due to him trusting her and her Pokémon's ability to fend off the flock of Wingull. "At all times," she nods her head at him, then flashes him with her signature smile. Chamomile shifts her attention towards Navy, observing his body language for a few seconds and taking notice of his lingering look at her trainer. The Shiny Pachirisu placing her tiny paws over her mouth as she giggles inside them and swings her long, fluffy tail around a bit. "It looks like someone is in a silly mood," Airi giggles softly, reaching out to pat her Ele Squirrel's head a couple of times.

"Sygna suit," she whispers underneath her breath as she places her index finger underneath her button chin. Her memorizing sapphire azure eyes slightly gleaming with curiosity as she listens to Navy explain the enchanting suit to her a bit more. "So, it is similar to Mega Evolution, but more so for humans?" She asks, more so thinking out loudly to herself than to those around her. She will have to gather some more research about the sygna suit before considering if it is truly worth purchasing one or not. Especially, if they are as expensive as Navy mentions that they are at the moment.

She nods her head at his last words. "Noted," she replies back to him. Her attention soon shifts back towards the sky full of preying birds. "They are rebuilding their strength, waiting for the perfect moment to strike again," she states, a confident smirk slowly curling around her lips as she prepares for their next attempt. She has more Pokémon that can call on for assistance, if their mission takes a turn. However, she is confident that Bean and Chamomile should be able to handle them flawlessly with the extra support from Navy and his Pokémon.

A few soft giggles escaped from her soft, luscious lips as she notices that her previous words seem to have caught him off guard and even made him a bit fluster. To be honest, she did not mean to cause him any stress. She simply wished to tease him a bit to help lighten the mood between the two of them. Her nervousness may not be as obvious as Desmond at moment, but it is still there. "No worries. All good vibes." She says, a sweet smile curling against her lips.

A warm blush overtakes her fair face the exact moment Desmond mentions that he did not expect her to give so much detail with the variety of beverages listed on the menu. "Oh... Umm... My apologies. I am sure that must have been a bit overwhelming to hear... I tend to get a little carried away when it comes to discussing teas and coffee," she admitted, breaking eye contact, then shifting her eyes back towards the menu as she makes an attempt to gather herself. She later smiles and turns her head back towards him after she hears him ordering the same beverage as her. "It seems like you trust my judgement," she smiles a bit wider at him. She feels herself becoming slightly more relaxed after the embarrassment that she experienced a couple of minutes ago.

She thanked Desmond for paying for her order, too, then the barista as he offered her iced beverage to her. She follows Desmond to the vacant seats, making small talk with him along the way until the two of them moved closer to their table. "Thanks, Desmond." She smiled at him as he pulled out a seat for her. The true definition of a well-mannered gentleman. "I was born and raised here in Hoenn. Rustoboro City to be exact," she answers his question before taking a sip from her beverage. A quick eye twinkle reflecting inside of her deep azure eyes as the burst of flavors explodes inside of her mouth. A satisfying hum soon following behind it. "Glad that you like it!" She beams at him, pleased and relieved to know that he is not disappointed with his iced coffee. "And what brings you to Hoenn?" She asks him. remembering that he is not a native of Hoenn.

A pleasing smirk curls against Airi's soft, full lips as she watches Chamomile's raging bolts of electricity make contact with the sea gulls' bodies, slightly charring their snow white and light blue feathers. Airi's and Chamomile's kept their keen eyes focused on their opponents, watching to see if the flock will make another attempt to dive towards the sheltered sea turtles. Surprisingly enough, the Wingull decided to retrieve for the time-being. Perhaps, the Wingull are bit cleverer than Airi expected them to be. Chamomile let out a victory cry as she landed back onto her trainer's left shoulder. Airi gives her Pachirisu a gentle pat on her head as she praises her for her flawless performance.

"Thank you." Airi smiles back at Navy. "Unfortunately, a lot of individuals underestimate the small, cute, or pretty ones. Some of them think or believe that the ones who fit inside those categories are too weak, too prim, or too ditzy to complete any major tasks. I do not mind it though; it adds an element of surprise," she shares with him, a cunning smirk slowly hugging the corners of her lips. She takes great pride in raising and training cute and beautiful Pokémon, helping them to reach their full potential. She, too, has been mistakenly misjudged by others due to her appearance. Overtime, she has learned to use it to her advantage in certain situations. A soft giggle sounded off from her sweet lips when Navy requested her not to use "sir" with him. "Fair enough, Navy." She replies back, then focuses her attention back towards the skies. In due time, their group will have to face off against the pelicans and Airi and her Pokémon will be more than prepared to do so.

"Navy, that is an interesting suit. I have never seen anything like it. What is it call?" She inquires, still keeping her eyes on the traveling sea turtles just in case the folk of aquatic birds starts to feel bold enough to make another move.

A couple of soft giggles escape from her soft, pink lips and a small shade of blush kisses her cheeks as she hears his charming words. "Aren't you quite the charmer," she teases him. Her breathtaking azure eyes taking a few seconds to glance over his overall appearance. Neat and simple. She extends her dainty hand out to engage in a friendly handshake with Desmond before returning her hand back to side. "And thank you for the invite. It is good to know that you are not some creep. Or is it too early for me to say that?" She asks, simply teasing him a little bit more.

"Thanks!" She says, smiling, then walking pass him. The sweet and enticing scent of her perfume lingering behind her as she walked inside of the cute and cozy coffee shop. She stood at the bar carefully glancing over the drink menu. Despite being a loyal customer, Airi still likes to check out the menu for any new added flavors or surprise treats. She slowly turns her around to face Desmond when he smirks to her. Naturally, a wide and alluring smile curls around the corners of her lips as her dreamy-azure eyes connects with his captivating orbs. "Hmm. It depends, are you in the mood for coffee or tea? Oh, yeah! There's boba tea, too! But umm... The Roserade Tea (cranberry-like flavor mixed with hibiscus tea) is popular with a lot of natives. It is sweet, with a little tartness. It is refreshing and gorgeous! The Chocolate Nuzleaf Iced Coffee (chocolate and hazelnut iced coffee) is delicious and full of flavors! There's so the Blaziken Dolce Latte (pumpkin spice latte), if you are a cinnamon lover and not afraid of a little spice! The Azurill Boba Tea (blue raspberry boba flavor) is fun flavor and the boba just explodes inside of your mouth!" She gives him a few suggestions, her eyes sparkling with excitement as she discusses the menu with him.

"Lots of good flavors, you cannot go wrong with all of the flavors on the menu," she assures him. She then turns to the barista to order herself a Chocolate Nuzleaf Iced Coffee. Hopefully, Desmond will not feel too overwhelmed by all of the options.

During the earlier part of her day, Airi spent the majority of her time hiking down a peaceful nature trail with her Pokémon to engage in an easy workout that is not only good for their body, but also their mind and spirit, too. After spending some time with nature and her Pokémon, Airi returned back to her place to take shower and prepare for her coffee date. She was a little skeptical about downloading the social media app on her cell phone at first, but after speaking with Kouji the other day she took a chance and downloaded it. So far, she has only encountered one creep over the app, and she was able to put him in his place quite with any major issues or concerns. She was a bit surprised when Desmond sent her a message and asked to take her out for a cup of coffee. Oddly enough, she did not have any reservations about accepting his offer. From what she has been to tell by speaking with him over the social media platform is that he seems to be quite respectful, a bit charming, friendly. He is also quite easy on the eyes, too.

Airi took a few minutes to enjoy a long, relaxing shower before changing into a cute outfit. A simple yet cute and stylish flora tank top with soft greens and pinks, a white miniskirt, and pair of pink heel highs. For once, it felt good to wear something different other than her Ranger uniform for a change. She chose this particular outfit because she can wear it almost anywhere wear without coming across as too overdressed or underdressed for the occasion. This would be her first-time meeting Desmond in person, and she wishes to impress him. She applied her favorite scent of perfume and a coat of soft pink lipstick before grabbing her belongings and heading outside of the door. Luckily, she is not too far away from the coffee shop.

Airi's pink high heels rapped against the warm concrete as she made her way across the street to reach coffee shop. Her dark mocha-hued hair gently flowing in the wind as her curvaceous hips and thighs sway from side with each step. She smiles and waves at a couple of familiar faces walking pass her as she moved closer towards the cafe. Immediately, deep azure eyes orbs take noticed of the tall, handsome gentleman standing outside of the coffee. A gentle smile spreads against her painted lips as she strutted towards him.

"Desmond?" She asks, trying her best not to sound too nervous. He looks like Desmond. Hopefully, it is him or else she will feel quite embarrassed for making such a mistake. "It's Airi," she added, her gentle smile still in place across her lips.

Airi smiles and nods her head at Navy's saying her name out loud. He took his time and pronounced it perfectly without any issues at all. "Ai means Love and affection. Ri is pearl and Jasmine," she explains to him, sharing the meaning of her name just in case he was curious to know a little of its origin. "Alright, sir. Navy it is." "Hopefully, a pretty and peaceful day," she adds with a small smirk. The two of them still have to make sure that the entire bale makes it to the ocean without any injuries or worst. Despite her striking appearance, Airi is not only a knowledgeable Ranger Nurse, but also a talented trainer, too. Although, she does refer not like to use violence without making an attempt to de-escalate the situation first. However, today is one of those rare occasions where she will be willing to make the opposite approach to ensure the safety of vulnerable hatchlings. Luckily for her, she will also have Navy's support, too. She has heard great stories about him, and she feels confident in his ability to strength to keep everyone safe, too.

"It was not a terrible trip at all." She responses to him, her shimmering ocean blue eyes glancing over to make eye contact with Navy's darker orbs for a few seconds. She wonders if he is a native of Dewford City of if he was born and raised in another city or town within the Hoenn Region. Of course, there is an opportunity that he could be from another region, too. Unfortunately, her question will have to wait for later due to the upcoming attack from above. Her piercing eyes glancing away from Navy, focusing on the Wingull diving towards them. "Perfect. Leave it us." She offers Navy a confident smile as she accepts his suggestion.

Impressive. Airi thinks to herself, watching Navy channel the power from his mysterious suit to perform a powerful Stone Edge to enclose the hatchlings and keep them safe. She has never witnessed anything like this in her entire life. She will have to make a mental note to inquire about his suit later. Right now, it is up to her to take care of the aggressive Wingull. Now that the bale of hatchlings is safe, Airi's Pokémon do not have to risk hurting them in the process. "Chamomile use Discharge!" She calls out, extending her arm out towards the sky. The Shiny Pachirisu lets out a cheerful cry as she climbs her trainer's arm, then leaps high into the air. Beautiful light blue sparks of electricity dances around Chamomile's cheeks before she fires multiple shimmering bolts of electricity form her body at the folk of Wingull.

It quite obvious to Airi that something seems a little bit off with Kouji since the last time the two of them encountered at other at the Berry Garden and as much as she would like to figure out the answer to her own question right away, she will have to push it off until after the current threat has been taken care of.

Airi smiled again at the Absol, watching her recover her strength. Her piecing blue eyes widening as she witnesses Kouji's Pokemon undergo a mesmerizing transformation. Mega Evolution?! When did he unlock Mega Evolution?! Airi thought to herself. She glanced over at Kouji with a smirk curled against the corners of her mouth as she shook her head at him. "It looks like someone has been keeping a trick up their sleeves. Not bad, I am not even mad," she laughed, then shifted her attention back at the beautiful Dark-type Pokémon standing not too far away from her. A fearless warrior with snow-white fur and the majestic wings of an angel. Her power and beauty even more breathtaking than before when Airi first laid her eyes on Absol.

Airi nodded her head at Kouji when he confirmed that he trusts her. "Good, because I trust you, too..."

The battle was becoming even more heated as the Pokémon on the battlefield went against each other without holding back any mercy. Airi watched as the aggressive fighting-type struck the ground to summon a pillar of crystal-like materials from the ground. She figured that the attack was going to be aimed at one of the Pokémon. Unfortunately, the Conkeldurr had decided to send the attack towards her instead. Cinnamon was too far away would not be able to make it to her trainer in enough time. Luckily, Absol was able to protect her with a Detect. A deep sigh of relief escaped from Airi's mouth as she fell down to her knees. "Thank you Absol, that was close." She smiled up at the guardian angel.

Cinnamon let out a loud and intimidating hiss at the Conkeldurr, not pleased with its actions towards her trainer. "Cinnamon, I think it is time to wrap this up. Venom Shock!" Cinnamon leaped into the air, firing globs of glowing purple, poisonous liquid from the pattern of her back at the opponent. The powerful attack doubled due to the Conkeldurr being poisoned.

"Just watch us!" Airi smirked, winking her right eye at Kouji. Despite her petite and attractive appearance Airi is a talented trainer and she has the ability to defend herself during challenging times like this one. She will not only prevent the cemetery from being destroyed, but she will also prove to Kouji that he does not have to worry about her well-being.

Cinnamon's sparkling and powerful stream of flames hit the Conkeldurr quite hard, inflicting a decent amount of damage to its body. It seems that Cinnamon's scorching hot attack was enough to give Absol the opening that she needed to assault their opponent with her impressive physical prowness. "Route C? Path A?" Airi repeated out loudly, glancing over at Kouji with an eyebrow arched at him. "Did you join the military or something and forgot to tell me?" she asked, blinking her deep azure eyes at him a few times as she awaited his response to her question.

Airi's attention soon shifted from Kouji over to the Absol, who landed in front of her another enduring a super effective attack from the massive Conkeldurr. Airi's heart began to race a bit as she imagined the amount of pain that dark-type Pokémon must be experiencing after taking such a powerful attack head on. Airi eventually flashed the Absol a gentle smile as she slowly nodded her head at Absol, encouraging her to pick herself up and fight back against their opponent. In the meantime, Cinnamon will have to cover for her. "This might seem crazy, but I am going to need you and your Pokémon to trust us, Kouji!" Airi called out to her friend and his Pokémon. She is about to take a risk, and she needs to know that Kouji and Absol trusts Cinnamon and her.

After hearing their response, Airi nodded her head then prepared to give out her order. "Toxic!" She ordered her Salazzle. Cinnamon took a graceful leap into the air before opening her mouth widely then firing a steam of light purple venom from her mouth, aiming it at the Conkeldurr's eye. The attack will not only blind the monstrous fighting-type for a moment, but it will also badly poison it. A double-edge sword to be honest, which is why Airi encouraged Kouji and his partner to trust them. If their opponent has a special ability, then it will receive a boost from having a status condition. However, its health will be placed on a timer as the poison slowly overtakes it body.

"We can't let up, Venom Drench!" She followed up with her next order. Still in midair, Cinnamon opened her mouth and let out another shot of light purple venom from her mouth to drench the opponent's body. This time, the venom will lower the opponent's attack, special attack, and speed. The effective should be more than enough to allow Absol enough time to strike back against it without too much trouble.
