She brings up the swamp and everything starts to click into place. Looking at her now he can remember seeing her among the group that went to look for the missing people and ended up finding more. What's more important is that she's the one who tried to feet him some alien mochi that left his mouth stinging. There was probably some good intentions behind that but the result was left to be desired. "Oh yeah. I remember you now. Uh don't worry 'bout it. Not the worse punch someone ever gave me."

Worst mochi probably though. He had to clean that taste out for a few days. "Don't think we ever introduced ourselves, name's Kaz. And your...Navy's little sis?" Did he ever mention anything about a little sibling to him? He felt like that'd be something to remember but probably not. Him and Navy usually spent more time battling than talking.

As the gengar started to peer into the dino's dreams it was presented with a whole buffet of memories and dreams. A real dozen or so lifetimes worth as this beast was ancient in the most authentic way possible. For Kaz though it was just another menace that caused lots of property damage thanks to its little rampage. "Man..." Kaz couldn't help but rub the back of his neck as he took in all the trouble they caused along with Tsubaki, "I'm getting locked in a jail cell aren't I?"

Every child has that one rebellious phase to them and Giri Giri was no different. It was a proud moment for him that he managed to catch his mother off guard and send her spinning on some ice. Unfortunately he celebrated too early, if he was paying proper attention to the fight he'd see his mother come right at him with that rush and wouldn't find himself bowled over. He whined like a baby as he got back to his feet and screeched like the animal he was at his mother. In his tantrum he rushed her down with a quick attack as his tires burned against the stone underneath him leaving tread marks that only they will remember.

A blast of aura flew from Navy, a sign of his fighting spirit, and rocked the extraterrestrial angel back nearly sending it falling to the ground. Yet it caught itself in mid air and let out a screech as it raised its tentacles and thundershocks rained down from their tips. One found its way to Kazimir, giving him a jolt and a scream from his throat that was cut off by the punch to the gut filled with electricity even as the bolts of lightning danced around the fighting dragon.

Kaz fell from his perch and clutched his stomach as he pushed himself to a hand and his knees. That's when he felt it under his palm.

THUMP

THUMP

THUMP

That's when he heard it.

"SKREEEEEOOOOOONK"

"Hehehehahaha...Oh man Navy." He looks at the Sheriff with both worry and and a crazed look, "We're in trouble now."

From the rocks comes bursting a Tyrantrum that steps between Kaz and Navy staring down at the Sherriff letting out a roar at him. In his eyes burns anger and blood lust. Perhaps something similar to another dragon the Gym Leader has? Who's to say. Because unlike a bloodthirsty animal Navy stood in the presence of a King. One upset at this intervention of its crusade of this land, of the harm befalling its subjects, and the harm of its court jester. For this someone was going to pay with their lives and that someone looked to be Navy.

A snowman flies across the forest floor and splats against a tree thanks to the blade of a Kabutops as Kaz watches in horror as his little buddy melts into slush. Then he shakes his head. "Alright, not as useful anymore. Captain go for it!" The Roserade sends out a flurry of Magical Leaves that cut the Kabutops down and returns it to the ball of Tempest Quinn who just stares at Kaz before walking up to him, almost stomping as he approaches.

"THAT WAS A HELL OF A MATCH MY DUDE. THAT LITTLE FLOWER OF YOURS IS PRETTY STRONG! HOW ABOUT WE TEAM UP AND STOMP THE COMPETITION HUH?!" Kaz just blink as he watched the avatar of Temp hold out a chibi hand that he accepted. He looked back to the slush on the tree and then back to his Pokemon, it seemed whatever weird ability he had wasn't even going to make a dent in whatever journey this place had planned. Oh well it was a good thing ol' reliable Pokemon were still on hand.

Tempest Quinn JOINED THE PARTY!

"Hey! I found us a new partner! Think we're ready for that one dungeon now!" Kaz called out and from behind the tree came Cillian Quinn who clapped his hands, "What a great battle guys! I knew you could do it Kaz! And its so nice to meet you too Temp, I hope you'll be a big help for us where we're going." With a nod of agreement Kaz and his party made off for the dungeon, together they were sure to conquer it in no time!

What lay before them was a large tower with two symbols smash together to look like the night sky over roaring waves, something that seemed to struck a chord within Kazimir yet he couldn't place it exactly. "C'mon! We got this!" As they charged inside they found themselves on a dojo floor as many Fighting types waited for them and jumped as soon as they entered the door.

With Kaz and Temp barreling through enemies like they were bowling pins it was Cillian who managed to cut them a path all the way to the top of the tower where a door larger than the ones they had passed through waited for them. As Kaz was about to press through the doors he felt something touch his side and scrounging around he pulled out a small plastic package. It looked similar to those that contained trading cards. On the back was a small inscription that he read out loud as he pushed through the doors, "For aiding you in your journey, because your partners will not? What?"

As they gathered in the final room what waited for them was a malformed Suicuine of sorts. "ALRIGHT YOU GAY ASS DOG! LET'S RUMBLE!" Temp was quick on the draw and charged ahead with his Kabutops while Cillian backed him up with his Lycanroc. Kaz took a moment to look at the card pack and open it up to three red cards inside. "Kazimir look out!" Shouted Cillian as Kaz looked up and saw the Suicune running right at him ready to headbutt him. Without realizing he took out a card his instincts took over and he met the water dog with a headbutt of his own, the red card forming into a Rocky Helmet that formed on top of his head that knocked the legendary dog away.

Kaz blinked as he looked at the dog then his head and felt the helmet on top of him. Looking down at the cards and seeing that he only had two left he took out another one and it began to glow as it wrapped around his chest in an Assault Vest just in time as a stray Surf wave washed his companions back to his feet. "Captain! Let's finish the job!" With a spray of Magical Leaves the legendary was beaten down to the last of its health bar. They were almost through!

Then the Ice Beam came. Taking out the last card it wrapped around Kaz in a focus sash that protected him from his health dropping to zero as his Roserade dealt the final blow. A giga drain that stole the remaining life out of the dog and gave it back to the heroic rose.

A lumbering hulk of stone was approaching rather quickly and Kaz hid behind some rocks as he watched it make its way down the road. He watched the thing from behind and he hand to wonder how it even stood up correctly. Pokemon sure were weird at times. Like that thing seemed to be really flat and could tip over at the lightest punch.

The urge to punch it was building just to see if such a thing was true. But he decided it wasn't worth it and took off, maybe something else in here would catch his fists around here.

"Alright then, hang tight Buttermilk." Tucking his trusty little lump of cream in his arm he chased after Rowan and his Grapploct as they worked to restrain the Absol. Luckily having multiple arms made such a thing pretty easy. Once they were close enough Kaz held out the Alcremie and slowly approached the disastrous Pokemon while placing Buttermilk on the ground so she could walk the rest of the way.

"Alright. Aromatherapy. Let's soothe him down a little bit." The Alcremie nods in response and the sweet smell of its aromatherapy starts to waft around it and spread. It hits the nostrils of all around those around it and the Absol goes from growling to whimpering as it calms down and goes limp in the Grapploct's hold. "Alright...that seems to have done it. There there."

Slowly Kaz approached the Pokemon and stroked its head earning a whine from it.

Yup. It was him alright. The more he stared at him the more he started to be sure that it was him. This was either really good or really bad. "Heeeey man. Long time no see. How ya...how ya been?" It was all he could really say to the man.

What else could he say? The two of them were friendly with one another thanks to Zac Ramsay but other than that...they hadn't seen each other in a long time. Honestly that was probably something he needed to work on. It would probably help him see the glances that Chui was throwing between him and his house. "Ya looked surprised to see me. I know its been a while but...to be fair I didn't know you lived here in town."

A Solrock floats on by looking to signal the sun to start rising earlier than it should. Luckily an earthquake caused by a small little minior was able to knock it out of its solar dance and a pokeball thrown by Kaz managed to seal it away for good. The night sky was way too pretty still to let the sun ruin it for them.

"Oh if we're grilling you have to let me do it. I know my way around a grill ten times over. Trust me, used to do it for the family back home as soon as my pops taught me how. Think he got jealous of it actually." He lets out a laugh with his confession. It seems like the wine was finally loosing up more of himself. Though any talk about food tend to get his attention more than he'd like to admit. Already he could smell the steak burning on the grill as he tried to picture the two of them enjoying a nice night doing so.

It was a pleasant image.

"I kinda get that. Grew up in nature back home so city life never felt right to me. Too much of the outdoors runs in my blood." Could be why he preferred to sleep under the stars when he was out of the house. Watching them felt right. "We definitely should make this a thing then. After all its nice to have company when your out here. Makes it more fun."

"What? No ew I'm not-" in love with her? Was this girl completely nuts or something? Considering his last encounter with her that suggestion was starting to become more and more likely. At least the masked guy was more sensible. Though seeing him spare Kazimir of the guns that were pulled out on him did raise some questions on who he could be even as Kaz eyed them, doing his best to not show the concern that he would probably die out at sea here. Not just anyone in Rocket had that kind of pull and last he remember Kaz was certain he didn't even want to fight last time.

Behind him his Ultra Beasts were dealing with the woman's Pokemon. As the Brambleghast substitute faded away it let them gang up on the Glimmora and Iron Jugulis, the Celesteela slammed the robotic dragon with a heavy slam swinging its large arm at the thing even as it spewed flames that burned its metallic skin. The ancient rocks thrown at the Naganadel did indeed knock it out of the sky for a moment as it screeched and its stinger was aimed at the little purple rock. With a smart strike it thrust at the Glimmora with a roar to try and pierce the rock type.

"Well first off you aren't my type. More into muscles than bitchiness," He points, no jabs, a finger at Xenon Antheil, "Second congrats I guess dude. At least one of us is moving up in their work, but that also means I can't let ya go this time." Taking in a high ranking Rocket was probably something that they could use if taking back Kyogre didn't work out. Which speaking off... "And yeah this problem could go away if you just turn around. Not letting Rocket take Kyogre just cause its running around free now. Can't let you guys hold that kind of power in your back pocket."

"What was it that one fortune teller said? Reawakening old ones or something?" The words spilled from his mouth to no one as he thought aloud while he was exploring the safari zone one more time. Kazimir wasn't a guy who thought of the past too much, instead he wanted to live in the moment. In the now.

Sometimes he thought about the future.

But that was usually reserved for thinking about either what to do with this little life of his or what he was going to have for breakfast the next morning. Maybe he'll get lucky and find a clue out here, the safari zone did always carry lots of wonder in its changing selection.

The Iron Hands met the Ursaluna's hands with its own and the strength of the two of them shook the ring around them if not the whole stadium. As the robotic sumo recoiled from the force it rushed in again with its fist covered in a thunder punch. To meet with the bear's growls it let out whirls and beeps, each sound carrying some kind of distortion to convey the fighting spirit it still had inside its metal chasis.

The same could almost be said for the two men squaring up against one another. While Kaz punched an open palm he only tilted his head at Howard. Poor guy just didn't seem to have the heart to even show some teeth. Only show his tail between his legs. "Dude don't worry, they'll patch ya up no problem. Just...c'mon man show some backbone!"

Kaz threw a jab right into the man's fists, a light punch to try and gauge him and see how he could fend for himself. Though initial impressions were...well. At least the guy knew how to put his fists up so that was a start. Now Kaz wanted to see just how much he could last.
