A Great Tusk rolled over towards the Metagross, in a Headlong Rush. The tank stood his ground, before meeting the Paradox Pokemon with a Zen Headbutt. The Nidoking, once again, gave the Metagross a Helping Hand in taking down the opposing Paradox Pokemon.

Stag attempted to grab a Flutter Mane with his pincers. Unfortunately, his attempt to take it down with brute Strength was in vain. As the pincers phased harmlessly through the ghost's body, the Flutter Mane blasted back the Pinsir with a point-blank Moonblast, sending Stag flying into a tree, knocking him out.

In retaliation, Queen lunged at the Flutter Mane, Crunching down on her mercilessly.

A squad of Rangers began to close in on their position.

"Uh, yeah? My Rotom Phone is recording the expedition. This shit is live, by the way!", he told the noblewoman.

A Roaring Moon charged the Metagross. As it lifted the automaton in the air, trapping it with a Jaw Lock, the Nidoking provided the Metagross a Helping Hand. With a brutal Hammer Arm towards the head of the beast, both fell from the air, the Jaw Lock releasing. While the Metagross landed on its feet, hurt but otherwise still combat fit, the Roaring Moon fell to the ground, dead, before dissipating into the Terra Crystals in the area.

The Nidoqueen, meanwhile, provided the Pinsir a Helping Hand in taking out a Scream Tail. With a burst of Strength, the Pinsir slammed the ancient Jigglypuff into a tree.

"Fun!? You think this is fun for me!?", Andrew asked, incredulously. "I'm sweating my fuckin' ass off, trying to make content, to pay my bills, and I get chased down by a horde of murderous monsters! Ain't no fuckin' way this is fun!", Andrew retorted.

Suddenly, a mysterious cry resonated from down below.

"Yo, what was that!?", Andrew exclaimed. The cry was different from the one he heard earlier. "You ever heard shit like that?", he asked the Ranger.

Emboldened by the Metagross getting into it with the Brute Bonnet, Andrew brought out more of his Pokemon. A Nidoking, Nidoqueen, and a Pinsir. All three joined the Metagross in fighting off the horde of Paradox Pokemon.

"Oh, I say! I'm jolly bloody good!", Andrew replied to the woman, in a crass mockery of a Galarian accent. "One moment, I was documenting Area Zero. The next, these fuckin' cocksuckers spawn outta nowhere, and are up my ass!", Andrew explained to the noblewoman, in his normal Unovan accent.

"Uh, thanks for saving my ass, by the way."

Thankfully for the streamer, an Altaria swooped down from the sky, attacking the Great Tusk. Andrew took advantage of the distraction, getting some breathing room between himself, and the horde of Paradox Pokemon.

"Fuck 'em up!", Andrew called out to the behemoth.

The Metagross charged the nearest Paradox Pokemon, a Brute Bonnet, smashing into it with a Meteor Mash.

As Andrew waited, he heard something from below. It was another one of those weird cries he'd been hearing throughout the day.

"Andrew Fisher? Follow me!", the Ranger called to the livestreamer.

With a sigh, Andrew stepped up to the holding cell door, hands still bound with zip ties, as he was lead to the outside. "This is a mistake, I'm telling you!", Andrew pleaded with the Ranger. "Save it for the interrogator!", the Ranger told Andrew coldly.

Upon seeing the woman who was supposed to handle him, the first thing he'd notice was her chest, particularly how tight her uniform was around the area. Lecherous thoughts filled his mind. Then he looked up towards the League official's face, only to find that he recognized her.

What was Kelpie doing here!?

Andrew could only gawk in shock as Kelpie had her Purrugly Hypnotize the League member standing guard, causing him to drop. Even he knew how risky that play was, especially if some League asshole found the guy, or noticed he was missing.

Andrew looked down, to see he had stepped in a pile of strange goo. If not for the insanity of the situation, he'd have started complaining.

As he was sent back into the holding cells, all he could do was wait for whatever the scientist had planned.

Upon getting a closer look at the woman, Andrew almost groaned. It was that bitch from the Vital City Tournament. The one who used a Mega Beedrill, like the scrub that she was. The one who 'robbed' him of a victory he deluded himself into thinking he deserved.

Just as he was about to leave, a mysterious cry echoed through the area. "What the fuck was that!?", Andrew exclaimed, practically giving his presence away to the Ranger in the process.
