WANTED AD: RACING RIVAL

This character is an NPC Josh Devlin raced alongside and ana fell helped him apprehend. A former gang leader that had a large retinue of thugs at his beck and call, he forced victims passing through Chimney Canyon to compete against him in illegal Pokémon races, poaching from their trainers the Pokémon he defeated...assuming they survived his ruthless tactics. Some of his victims were unfortunate enough to be run off the road and suffered serious injuries, both to themselves and to their Pokémon. Since the events of Red Canyon Rundown, he has disbanded his gang, returned all the Pokémon he stole, and joined the Chase for the Silph Cup in exchange for Josh convincing the Verdanturf Rangers and Law Enforcement that all of his gang-related criminal charges be dropped.

Character creation tips:

- He is very intimidating-looking; though he can't be overly big so he doesn't weigh his Pokémon down too much, most people's first impressions of him are to give him a wide berth.
- He should not be related to Josh.
- He has to be at least 21 years of age (old enough to have built up a long criminal track record with his gang activities).
- One of his starter Pokémon must be a ride Liepard. It is his main racing Pokémon.
- As he feels he owes Josh Devlin for giving him a second chance at life, he is his biggest racing rival, and the two push each other to improve both their skills.
- League affiliation is encouraged but not required, given his status as a reformed criminal.

Creative Freedom:

- While this seems like a lot of restrictions, I have left almost everything else open to creative freedom.
- It should be visually obvious that they aren't related. Your FC can resemble Josh's if you want it to, but naturally he should not look like him.
- While it is encouraged for him to catch ride Pokémon for his career, the only requirement is one of his starters be a Liepard. The others can be whatever you want!
