She cannot see anyone outside, not even a single umbrella. It makes her shudder, the sudden drop in temperature as a result of the rain definitely not helping.[break][break] And to hear the taxi driver reject the suggestion to bring them closer only added to her dread. She wraps her arms around herself, goosebumps rising as a result. Sabine's attention quickly snaps, however, to her companion who at present appears to be stripping in front of her. She opens her mouth to object, confused.[break][break] "What in the world are you--"[break][break] The woman's eyes linger briefly on the man's now thinly covered physique as he offers her his jacket. It is already warm as a result of him having been wearing it, and she drapes it over her shoulders. Before she realizes, however, the man is bidding her adieu and charging out of the cab and into the rain. It very nearly soaks him the second he steps outside, every footfall splashing up water. She, in her heels and expensive attire would be a train wreck out there.[break][break] But she takes a deep breath and flips the jacket over her head to cover her hair as best she can. It had taken her hours to get it to sit just right.[break][break] "Ugh!"[break][break] With a dramatic, noisy whine, Sabine jumps out into the storm as well, the wind and rain throwing her around as she attempts to move faster than a walk.
