Adrian made a markedly slow ascent up Mt. Pyre by foot, rather than by air, due to the rise in tensions between him and the mountain's keeper.

Yet confront matters he must, though he would tread carefully while scaling the mountain's height. And all the while he'd fall victim to the playfully mischievous ghosts that called this place home.

Y'know, these're probably the only bugs I don't hate... And that was probably because it was already dead. Technically. It'd been the empty husk of a matured Nincada that he'd chanced upon on his little jaunt up the mountain, and while normally bumping into bugs would rattle him, the immediate recoil of disgust was assuaged by its disposition. These guys are pretty rare, and nifty...

The pokeball flashed into the palm of his hand, and he readily took aim, meaning to claim this shedinja for his own purposes. Not that he knew what that was yet.

But he wasn't just going to pass it up.
