Sometimes you just gotta get away from it all...

Some people put up with a flat tire, or a cheating spouse. Others a mid-life crisis or financial ruin. And then there's Adrian, high and dry after becoming estranged with some demonic bird god he'd made a pact with, trying to find some solid ground. What they all had in common?

He can smell the damp rock and mildew of the caverns that makes him wonder what ever brought him here. Why? It's no matter. He will leave seen enough. It's enough that he can clear his head sifting through the unexplored areas of the falls, listening for the signs of pokemon. "Wy?"

Am I hearing myself—Oh. He rolls his eyes.

A Wynaut stares at him curiously, and the jagged mouth quickly puts him off. Shuffling his ankles a safer distance away, he hopes not to disturb the pokemon any further, hoping it would do the same for him. Please.

The next pokemon he encounters is an Axew scratching and tugging at the hem of his pants, leering at him suspiciously. Or maybe it was trying to plead with him to let it bite his ankles or chew up the leather.

He bumped it away with his heel, a risky move but it did the job right getting the little bugger to, well, bugger off.

While he meanders through the rest of the falls, he comes across a Carracosta, full grown and depleting the limited resources of the habitat to sustain itself while the younglings starve. Adrian cannot help but feel he should help remove this burden upon the fragile ecosystem...

Stepping up to the beast, he brandishes a pokeball, and a battle ensues. It's more of a light scrap seeing as the turtle is lethargic from a heavy meal, but it's a clash all the same.

Soon enough he emerges from that place with another filled pokeball cupped in his palm.
