Back when they had first started dating, Cian had even questioned if he was enough for Mars, and while it’s likely that those insecurities are still there in many ways, it still feels like a huge step forward.

It’s almost too easy to forget what things were like before being together; back when he was perfectly fine with doing things like running all on his own, instead of looking forward to doing them with Cian. It was all much more boring back then, and it’s this thought in itself that makes him smile when hearing Cian.
